The plow shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7871.3. The side plate shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7871.4. The plow column shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T14225.1. 4.3 The working surface at the joint of the plowshare and the plow wall should have a smooth transition. The plow wall shall not be higher than the plow. The mold is allowed to be higher than the plow wall, but within the two-thirds of the joint range from the cavity edge, the mold plow shall not be higher than the plow wall by more than 2.5mm. For the combined mold wall, the rear plow wall shall not be higher than the front plow wall. The front plow wall is allowed to be higher than the rear mold wall, but not more than 2mm. At the edge of the cavity edge, the plow wall shall not protrude from the plowshare. The mold plow is allowed to protrude from the plow wall, but not more than 4mm. The gap at the joint of the mold plow and the mold wall shall not be greater than 1mm within the two-thirds range from the shank edge. The gap at the joint of the front mold wall and the rear mold wall shall not be greater than 1.5mm. 4.4 The heads of the fastening bolts on the mold plow and the plow wall shall not protrude from the working surface. It is allowed to be concave, but not more than 1mm4.5' The following inspections shall be carried out when the mold body is in working condition: 4.5.1 The limit deviation of the plow body width is ±3% of the designed plow width. 4.5.2 The straight part of the plow blade edge should be on the horizontal base surface of the plow body. The rear end of the plow blade is allowed to be higher than the horizontal base surface, but the plow body with a width of 20 cm shall not be greater than 5mm, and the plow body with a width of 25 cm shall not be greater than 6mm. 4.5.3 The lowest point of the chisel part of the chisel plowshare shall be lower than the horizontal base surface of the plow body, and its limit deviation is ±30% of the design value. 4.5.4 Use the integral sample group to check the body curved surface perpendicular to the plow blade. The local gap between the sample and the body curved surface shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. During the inspection, the reference plane of the integral sample group is perpendicular to the horizontal base surface of the plow body, and its limit deviation is ±1°. The sample group is allowed to move along the plow blade direction but shall not exceed ±2mm. The sample plates that make up the integral sample group should be evenly distributed, and each sample area shall not be less than 10000. The sample area division shall be in accordance with Figures 6 and 7. 4.6 The plow, plow wall and the support shall fit together, and their local gap shall not be greater than 2mm. However, the gap should be eliminated at the bolt connection. Table 2 Local gap allowed on the curved surface of the plow body Body width Note: See Figure 2 and Figure 3 for the sample number. Sample area Sample number Local gap mm Acceptance rules JB/T7871.1-1999 20cm width of plow body sample area Figure 7 25cm width of body sample area The body must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be assembled or shipped out of the factory. 5.1 5.2 The ordering unit can conduct random inspections on the body according to this standard, and the number of random inspections shall be negotiated by both parties. If there are unqualified results in the random inspection, double the number of bodies shall be sampled for re-inspection. If there are still unqualified ones, they will not be accepted. Marking and Packaging The working surface of the mold body should be coated with rust-proof agent. 6.2 When the mold body leaves the factory, the packaging should be firm. The blade part should be protected. 6.3 Each package should be accompanied by the following documents and markings: a) Plough body code and quantity; b) Quality inspection certificate; c) Factory batch number; d) Manufacturer's name.
