Introduction to standards:

This standard specifies the requirements for black oxide films on iron and steel (including cast iron, wrought iron, carbon steel, low alloy steel and stainless steel). Black oxide films can be used to reduce friction between sliding or supporting surfaces, or for decoration, or to reduce light reflection. This film can be used wherever a black surface is required, whether or not it has been subjected to additional anti-corrosion treatment; even with additional anti-corrosion treatment, only very limited corrosion protection can be obtained under mild corrosion conditions. This standard does not specify requirements for the state, processing and surface roughness of the substrate before black oxidation. This standard is modified to adopt 1S(1110R:1SS Standard for the test method of single conversion oxidation film on steel and iron) (English version) (19) 11408:1999, and the following changes are made to the Chinese standard that adopts the international standard; "This standard\ replaces\Appendix A of this international standard, 1 Typical treatment process of hydrogenation of steel with acid (with) hydrogenation. This standard replaces GB/T15519-1955 Chemical oxidation film of steel. Compared with GB/T15519995, the main changes are as follows: Modify the contents of heat treatment of steel before and after oxidation (5.2 and 7.1 of 1595 edition: Chapter 6 of this edition) 1 For black The color reduction of the coating is not required (8.1 of the 1995 edition: 7.1 of this edition); the continuous test of the hole is modified (8.3 of the 1999 edition and 3.2 of the new edition); the information is added (see 4.2); the content of the grass or test is added (see 7.2.2); the typical treatment process of steel and black oxidation is added (see Table A.1); the actual cold force method of the small surface reaction is added (see Appendix B. In addition to the packaging, the content of the storage and storage (Chapter 1U of 1SS5 level). Appendix A and Appendix 1 of this standard are the material requirements. This standard is issued by the China Machinery and Fuel Industry Federation. This standard belongs to the National Metal Products and Non-metallic Materials Standardization Technical Committee: This standard is drafted by: Wuhan Material Protection Research Institute. This standard was drafted by Changsha Car 1 Room Product Specification Institute, and the people who drafted this standard are: Zhang Luozhong and Chen Xiaoluan, who are responsible for the management of this standard, including classification, removal of standards, and pulse measurement. The version of this international standard is: -G1/T16h.u1935.
1 Scope
Chemical conversion film
Specification and test method for black oxide film on iron and steel (gas-bonded iron, wrought iron, carbon steel, low alloy steel and stainless steel), and the requirements for the development of black oxide film on iron and steel (gas-bonded iron, wrought iron, carbon steel, low alloy steel and stainless steel). The black oxide film can be used to reduce sliding or friction, or for decoration, or to reduce light reflection. This kind of film can be used for anti-corrosion treatment and can show good protection performance even under mild conditions after additional anti-corrosion treatment.
The wood standard has provisions on the state of the substrate before oxidation, processing and surface treatment requirements. 2 Normative referenced documents

Neutral surface reaction, porosity and continuity test method GB/T15519-2002
The test should be carried out after drifting and baking but before coating. The following method uses phenol melt test paper: :) Prepare the phenol resistance test solution by adding 2 phenol resistance test solution to 10mL of anhydrous ethanol. Store in a dropper or dropper bottle. When testing, add 1 drop of test solution to the surface (concave contact area) and moisten the surface with natural chain inflammation resistance, then place the test paper on it. The phenolic acid filter must be tested (in accordance with the actual situation) with a pinkish color. It is considered that there is no residual color. B.2 The porosity and continuity of the oxide should be tested by the low-speed method or drip test. Ensure that each test is filtered with a fresh test plate with a mass fraction of 3 prepared by laboratory reagent copper acid.
a) Under the conditions of 15 (-20) °C, the sample is immersed in the test solution (in a glass or plastic container): after 10s, the sample is collected and rinsed with cold water, and the sample is dried with a filter paper.
? Drip, apply 3 drops of test solution to the surface to be tested, and after 3C, use a large drop of German to check the surface under standard correction force. The red spot or red new surface film has fine pores or the film layer is stretched quickly:
