Flammable gas flammahleaser
The number of gases or mixtures that can ignite in air at 0.0°C without pressure. 3.2

Acute inhalation toxicityLC valueLCsnfuracaleoxicityonInhalationThe concentration of vapor, powder or dust that is most likely to cause death in the test animals within 14 days after continuous inhalation of the gas for 21 hours (or less)
4.1Gas visual colorMarks, signs, or colored labels on dangerous goods should be clear and accurate, in accordance with GR19458 There are inflammatory regulations and requirements.
4.2 The container and packaging of gas mixtures should comply with the provisions of GB12463. The cylinder should be sealed and there should be a protruding seal on the outside of the cylinder. The steel cylinder should be tightly sealed and there should be no gas. 4.3 Some gaseous foods have strong odor. The production and storage of volatile gas mixtures should be well ventilated and dry.
CB19521.92004
5. 1 General requirements
5.11 In the gas combustion test, the flammable components in the mixed gas to be tested shall include the highest concentration of flammable components that may be separated in the production process of the section, and the water content shall be less than or equal to 10/L. 5.1.2 In the gas ignition test, the dry test gas shall not contain water. 5.1.3 Before the test, the gas shall be fully mixed and the composition of the mixed gas shall be accurately analyzed by chromatograph or single oxygen analyzer. 5.1.4 Gas In the flammability test, the reactor should be made of heat-resistant glass with a thickness of not less than 51 mm, an inner diameter of at least 50 mm, a speed of at least 10 times that of the inner diameter, and should be kept clean during the test to avoid contamination by impurities, especially water. 5.1.5 In the gas combustion test, the spark generator (optional) of the ignition system with an electrode voltage of 15 kV should be able to provide an energy of 10 times the spark (the electrode spacing is recommended to be 5 mm).
5.2 Flammability test
According to GB 19521.3,
5.3 Determination of toxicity
Test force method is in accordance with GB19521.R,
5.4 Category determination
5.4.1 Determination of gas mixture toxicity
5.4.1.1 Test determination
According to GB19521.3 Section 5.3.1.
5.4.1.2 Calculation determination
According to GB19521.3 Section 5.3.2.
5.4.2 Determination of gas mixture toxicity
5.4.2.1 Test determinationbZxz.net
Determine the toxicity of the gas mixture based on the test results, see GB19521.8.5.4.2. 2 Calculation and determination of the TC of a gas mixture The TC value of a gas mixture can be calculated by the following formula (1) 1
Wherein: TC of the first toxic component in the gas mixture, 1.5 is the median lethal concentration of the first toxic component in the gas mixture. 1
According to the formula, the TC of the gas mixture is calculated. If TC is less than 500 cm/m3, the gas mixture is judged to be a toxic gas. 5.4.3 According to the above results, the gas mixture is classified into 2.1 extreme gases and 2.3 non-flammable gases respectively. The gas that does not meet the conditions of sensible combustion and multiplicative gases is 2.2 extremely toxic non-flammable gases. Among them, 2.3 toxic gases take precedence over other categories, 2.5! 2.2 Non-inflammable gases shall be given priority in the description of flammable gases. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection items
Inspect item by item in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 of this standard. 6.2 Inspection items
When the following situations occur: When new products are produced or old products are converted to new products:
When the products are officially put into production, such as materials and processes with minor changes that may affect product performance: During normal production, once a year;
When the products are resumed after a long period of suspension, if there is a significant difference between the factory inspection results and the hazardous characteristics inspection results of the previous production, the national quality supervision agency may propose to conduct hazardous characteristics inspection. 6.3 Determination rules
GB19521.9-2004
Perform tests and calculations in accordance with Articles 5.2 to 5.4 of the standard, and determine the hazardous characteristics of the gas mixture based on the test and calculation results.
