Trial type identification of new products or old products for transfer to factory production; a. After formal production, when there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; b. When the national quality inspection and supervision agency proposes the requirement for type inspection, the soil sampler sampled must pass all the inspection items specified in this standard before the type inspection is passed. During formal production, after a certain number of products have accumulated, random inspections are conducted, and the number of random inspections is 2%; when there are less than 100 pieces, it should not be less than two pieces. When there are unqualified products, double random inspections are conducted. If there are still unqualified products, piece-by-piece inspections must be conducted. 6.2 Factory inspection is an inspection of the main parameters of the soil sampler and the taper buckle connection of the lock joint. The product is allowed to leave the factory only after passing the inspection. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage 7.1 Marking The product name, model, specification, and manufacturer's logo should be on the obvious part of the product. 7.2 Packaging The packaging shall be carried out in accordance with JG/T5012. 7.3 Transportation During transportation, the product should be placed in a packaging box and must not be transported naked.
