This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, main dimensions and technical requirements of "sugar glass open storage container". This standard is applicable to sugar glass open storage containers with nominal pressure equal to or less than 0.6MPa, nominal volume of 50L to 6000L, and medium temperature of 0℃ to 150℃.

4.1 Glass open storage containers shall be in accordance with this standard The manufacturing, inspection and acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with GB150 and ZBG94004, and the product quality classification shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of ZBG94007.
4.2 The connected sugar glass liquid level gauge and the pipe mouth shall be on the same vertical plane, and the vertical center line deviation shall be ±1.0mm. 4.3 For the glass liquid level gauge with a length greater than 1500mm, a fulcrum shall be added in the middle of the liquid level gauge, and the fulcrum shall be welded to the cylinder before the tank is fired. 4.4 Before the equipment is fired, the support seat connector shall be welded at the support position, and the support seat connector shall be installed after the firing is completed. 5. Labels, factory documents, packaging, and transportation
5.1 Label content, factory documents, packaging, and transportation shall comply with the relevant provisions of Article 6 of ZBG94004. 5.2 All pipe openings shall be sealed with pond glass flange covers to avoid collision. Additional notes:

This standard was drafted by the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Design Institute of the State Drug Administration. The main drafters of this standard are Ye Wenbang, Li Yijun, and Jiang Yanjun. From the date of implementation of this standard, the original HG5-252-79 "Sugar Glass K-type Storage Tank", HG5-266-79 "Carrying Glass K-type Storage Tank Body", and HG5-268-79 "Pond Glass K-type Storage Dish Cover" will be invalid.
