Terms and definitions defined in GB/T28101 shall apply to this document. 4 Central Leisure Area Planning
4.1 Planning Principles
4.1.1 The following principles shall be followed in the preparation of the planning of this area: overall optimization principle, ecological priority principle, habitat scope principle, market orientation principle, capacity control principle, and intensive utilization principle. 4.1.2 This area is a place where the city's cultural heritage is concentrated, a gathering place for leisure and entertainment, and an experience area for the taste of urban life.
4.1.3 The volume of single buildings in the area should be small. There is no need for large squares, large green spaces, large buildings, and large roads, but a large block should be formed.
4.2 Planning work requirements
4.2.1 Planning first, then construction, and the planning should be prepared by a planning unit with relevant qualifications. 4.2.2 Communication and coordination should be carried out with stakeholders such as local communities and residents during the planning and construction stages. Reasonable planning should be carried out for business and life activities in the communities within the area, and effective regulations and positive guidance should be carried out. 5 Leisure environment
5.1 Leisure space

6.1 Transportation
6.1.1 Roads should be designed and constructed with the integrated requirements of transportation roads, landscape roads, cultural roads, and ecological roads. 6.1.2 External transportation should be consistent with the leisure area to meet transportation needs.
