4.1 Ball bearings
4.1.1 Finished bearings

4.1.1.15 The technical requirements for gradually sealed bearings shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T7752-1995. 4.1.2 Parts
4.1.2.1. The workpieces of the shaft and other parts shall not have burns after pickling, and other surfaces shall not have burns that cannot be seen without pickling. Other external quality requirements of parts shall comply with the provisions of the manufacturer.
The technical requirements of the cage shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7048-24K2 and JB/T10337-2002. After the cage is pressed, the following defects are not allowed:

4.1.2.3 The installation requirements of the dust cover shall comply with the provisions of JB, T10239-2001. 4.1.2.4 The technical requirements for all applications shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB6639[993. The technical requirements for residual magnetism of steel balls shall be in accordance with the provisions of T8196-1996. 4.1.2.6
The technical requirements for the dynamic performance of steel balls shall be in accordance with the provisions of B8923-1999. 4.1.2.6
4.1.2.7 The compression test of balls with a nominal height of 3mm~50mm shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T1255-2001. The shrinkage test of balls with a nominal height greater than 50mm shall be carried out: The shrinkage test of the balls shall be carried out on steel pads with spherical surfaces, the radius of the spherical concave surface is equal to 23 of the ball diameter, and the hardness of the steel pad is 58IIRC63HRC.
