This standard is applicable to single-rotor impact crusher for crushing hard rock and non-metallic materials with a compressive strength limit of less than 300MPa (hereinafter referred to as crusher).

3 The same specification crusher can be selected according to the production capacity range of the standard specification, and a series of products with different discharge particle sizes can be formed to meet the requirements of different users. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 The crusher shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1.2 The transmission structure of the crusher is divided into right-mounted and left-mounted. Note: Facing the feed inlet or the material reduction direction, the transmission structure on the right side of the crusher is right-mounted, and vice versa. 4.1.3 The parts and components of the same model of crushed machines should be interchangeable. 4.1.4 The replacement of wearing parts such as hammer, plate, impact plate, etc. should be convenient, and if necessary, there should be a box auxiliary device for assembly, disassembly and repair. 4.1.5 The bearings should have good sealing and dustproof structure. 4.2 Appearance quality
4.2.1 The machined surface shall not have burrs, scratches or corrosion. 3

4.2.1 The surface of the crusher shall be flat and there shall be no visible unevenness during daily measurement. 4.2.3 The surface of the welded components shall be derusted before painting, and the derusting grade shall not be lower than the requirements of S12 in GB/TB923. 4.2.4 The painted surface shall be smooth and uniform in color, and there shall be no defects such as sagging, deterioration and lack of coating. 4.3 Parts quality
4.3.1 The material performance of the rotor shaft shall not be lower than the requirements of 600MPa in GB699. 4.3.2 The material performance of the plate shall comply with the provisions of GB/T8263, and its hardness shall not be lower than 55HRC or meet the requirements of 686MPa in GBT568.
4.3.3 The welding quality of welded structural parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/5000.3. 4.3.4 The size tolerance and angle seat tolerance of the main joint structural parts such as the base shall comply with the provisions of Class B in IB/15000.3, and the shape and position tolerance shall comply with the provisions of Class F. --Generally, the size tolerance and angle tolerance of welded structural parts shall comply with the provisions of Class C in JB/T5000.3, and the shape and position tolerance shall comply with the provisions of Class G.
4.3.5 The rotor body must be subjected to static balance test, and its balance angle shall comply with the provisions of G16 in GB/T9239. 4.3.6 The rotor shaft should be inspected by ultrasonic flaw detection. When inspected by ultrasonic flaw detection, it should comply with the provisions of JB/T5000.15. 4.4 Requirements for the whole machine
4.4.1 The parallelism error between the bottom edge of the impact plate of the crusher and the outer edge of the rotating plate shall not exceed 10mm within the entire length of the rotor. 4.4.2 The weight difference of the plates at symmetrical positions: 0.25 for PFY-1010 specifications; 0.40kg for PFY1010 specifications or above
4.3 The technical parameters of the crusher such as rotor size, motor power, etc. shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 4.4.4 The production capacity, maximum feed size and other performance parameters of the crusher shall comply with the provisions of Table 1: 4.5 Safety and health requirements
4.1 The sharp edges of the cutting surface of the outer tank of the crusher shall be smooth. 4.9.2 The noise level of the crusher during no-load operation should not exceed 93dB (A) 4.5.3 The belt drive, flywheel and coupling and other rotating moving parts of the crusher must be equipped with protective devices. The safety protection devices prepared by the main user should be explained in the product manual and contract. 4.5.4 The joints, inspection doors, viewing holes and other parts of the crusher should be tightly sealed and should not leak dust. 4.5.5 During the operation of the crusher, when non-loaded objects with a length not exceeding 10% of the rotor length and not exceeding 5% of the weight of a single plate fall into the machine, the crusher can still work normally without damaging its parts and components. 4.6 No-load operation requirements
4.6.1 The rotor and moving parts of the crusher rotate flexibly without any limit phenomenon. There should be no abnormal belt noise during no-load operation. 4.6.2 The continuous operation time of the crusher should be no less than 2h, and the test run can only be ended 1h after the bearing temperature stabilizes. 4.6.3 When the crusher is running without load, the temperature rise of the rolling bearing shall not exceed 35℃, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 70℃. 4.6.4 When the crusher is running without load, the horizontal and vertical bidirectional vibration of the rotor bearing seat shall not exceed 0.2mm. 4.7 Technical requirements for electric control screens
4.7.1 The function and capacity of the electric control box shall meet the requirements of equipment operation. 4.7.2 The operation panel of the electric excavator shall have an operation sign. 4.7.3 The electric box shall have an opening function or a protective shell that can only be opened by a worker. 4.4 The control box shall be effectively grounded and shall have a visible grounding mark. 4.7.5 The insulation resistance of the electric control shall be greater than 1. 4.7.6 The electric control system shall be subjected to a 1000V endurance test. The test voltage shall be a rated power supply value or 1000V for electrical equipment with multiple adjustment. There shall be no flickering during the test. Components that are not suitable for the test shall be disconnected during the test period. 5.1 The quality of rust removal of welded structural parts can be inspected by sample comparison method or visual inspection. 5. The rotor balance test method shall comply with the provisions of GBT 39. 5.3 The rotor shaft shall be inspected by ultrasonic flaw detection. The method shall comply with the provisions of 5000.15. 5.4 The production capacity can be determined by the appropriate operation time conversion method, that is, all crushed materials within a period of time (cumulative time of not less than 0.5h) are compared and converted into hourly production capacity. 5.5 The test method within the noise environment shall comply with the provisions of GBT 3768. 5.6 The sealing test of the joint of the crusher shall be carried out by installing not less than 10 pieces of material in the machine for crushing. The joints should not be loose. 5. Humidity test of rolling shaft system Insert the thermometer into the oiling hole of the bearing and measure the temperature every 20 times until the temperature stabilizes to u.
5.8 Use a vibration meter to measure the horizontal and vertical amplitudes at the rolling bearing seat plate. 5.9 The nominal values of the rotor size and motor power technical parameters of the inspection stop should be consistent with the product label. 5.10 For the non-obstructive fall-into-machine safety test, cast iron parts should be used for the test, and their dimensions should comply with the provisions of 4.5.5. 5.11 The test method for the absolute resistance and pressure resistance of the electric control screen should be as follows According to GBT5226.1, the inspection rules for heat treatment stone
6.1 Inspection categories
The inspection areas are factory inspection and type inspection.
6.2 Delivery inspection
6.2.1 Each broken tax shall be inspected by the quality inspection department according to the factory inspection items before it can be shipped and shall be accompanied by a product certificate.
6.2.2 The following items are factory inspection items: 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4.1~4.4.3, 4.5.1-4.5.3 4.6, 4.7.1~4.7.57.1-7.56.2.3 The withstand voltage test of the electric control box is a random inspection item. 6.3 Type inspection
6.3.1 Type inspection should be carried out when any of the following situations occurs: a) Trial production of new products:
Old products are transferred to other factories for production:
s) Product structure, materials, and processes have been greatly improved, which may affect product performance: d) When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension:
c) When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection request. 6.3.z The content of the type inspection should include all the requirements of the 4 standards. 6.3.3 Type inspection should be carried out by sampling one unit from the qualified products in storage for inspection. If it fails in the inspection, double sampling should be carried out for re-inspection. If it passes, the batch of products is judged to be the most qualified.
