Introduction to standards:

This standard specifies the pressure test and sealing inspection of coils. This standard applies to the pressure test and sealing inspection of various heating and air conditioning coils with a maximum working pressure not exceeding 1.6 MPa and a medium of cold, hot water or steam. This standard does not apply to evaporators and condensers in refrigeration systems. This standard is a revision of ZBJ7202188 "Coil Pressure Test and Sealing Inspection". This standard is a reminder of the appendix A:
This standard is proposed and coordinated by the Technical Committee for Standardization of Pressure Refrigeration Equipment, and the responsible person of this standard is: Tianjin Warm Air Machine Factory. The main person in charge of this standard is: Zhang Zhicheng,

Pressure testand sealed exaaninefor eoil
This standard stipulates the performance test and sealing inspection of coils. JB/T9064-1999
Generation 7BF202:—88
This standard selects the working force of the manufacturer and does not exceed the head "MPa, the medium is reversed, the potential of water vapor is selected, the exchange of the coil pressure test and the rate of pre-check
This standard is not suitable for pressure! The refrigeration system of the refrigeration system and the condenser, 2 acid test method
The pressure test of the refrigeration pipe is divided into hydraulic test and gas test. The tightness check is gas positive reduction test, 2. "Liquid test
Fill the five coils placed on the test work with liquid and stop the medium, and at the same time exhaust the air in the coil, and the appearance should be kept at ten degrees, the rate of reduction is the same, and the leakage test is carried out to exhaust the medium, and the whole gas is blown! Remember Figure 1x
2.2 Gas test
E force cattle|| tt||Seal one end of the test coil and connect the other end to the air pressure medium, and immerse the entire coil in water or water-soluble blanket, so that the pressure reaches the full test pressure, and check for leakage. After the test, exhaust the gas (see Figure 2) 2
Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on July 12, 1999 and implemented on January 1, 2000
3 Technical requirements
JHT9064—1999
3.1 The pressure test and sealing inspection of the coil shall be carried out after the forming inspection is qualified. 3.2 The pressure test and sealing inspection of the coil can be completed in one inspection, otherwise the pressure test should be carried out first, and then the sealing inspection. 3.3 When the pressure test and sealing inspection of the coil are combined, the use accuracy shall not be lower than Grade 1.5, and the pressure test shall be carried out regularly according to the combined pressure test results. The pressure gauge should be 1.5-2.5 times of the test pressure.
3. When the coil is undergoing pressure resistance test and tightness inspection, the ambient temperature should not be lower than 5°C, otherwise the antifreeze effect should be eliminated. 3. The pressure medium of the coil pressure resistance test is divided into two categories: continuous pressure medium and gas medium. The positive pressure medium used for the tightness test is gas 3 medium, and the tested medium is water. Aqueous solution or other non-corrosive, non-hazardous liquids. The composition of the aqueous solution is shown in Table A (Appendix 1 of the specification). The pressure medium is gas or other non-corrosive, non-hazardous gases. 3.6 Test pressure and holding time
3.6. Test pressure and holding time of coil pressure resistance test: a) When the liquid stop method is used for pressure resistance test, the test pressure is 1.25 times the design pressure, and the pressure is maintained for at least 3 minutes; h) Micro pressure resistance test using gas method During the test, the test pressure is 1.2 times the measured pressure, and the pressure holding rate is less than "min. There is no safety error during the pressure test.
3.6.2 Test pressure and pressure holding time for coil lifting and sealing inspection: When the sealing inspection is carried out by the gas method, the test pressure is 1.05 times the design pressure: the pressure is maintained for at least 3min. The container that has been tested by gas sealing and has passed the inspection and sale can be exempted from the sealing inspection. 3.7 The pressure test and sealing inspection of the pipe are qualified if they meet the following conditions: a) The metal environment of the pressure part, welds, rivets, ports and seals are not deformed under the test pressure; b) The tested components have no residual deformation exceeding the design allowable limit. 3. The customer test will not allow re-adjustment, but a new test should be carried out after re-adjustment. 3.9 The results of the pressure test and sealing inspection should be recorded and signed by the inspection personnel. 2
