During the warranty period, if the compressor is damaged or does not work properly due to poor design or manufacturing quality, the manufacturer will repair or replace the damaged parts of the compressor for the user free of charge. 5.2.5 The structure of the air compressor can ensure safe operation under the conditions of rated rotation and effective exhaust pressure of 106% of the rated exhaust pressure.

5.3 Safety and environmental protection requirements
|5.31 The safety valve should be fully activated, safe and reliable. When the air control valves are all closed and the exhaust pressure of the air compressor rises to 11% of the rated exhaust pressure, the last safety valve must be opened to ensure that the exhaust pressure of the air compressor does not rise any more. The interstage safety valve should not exceed 120% of the maximum exhaust pressure of the next stage.

5.6.3 In order to make the air compressor and the prime mover easy to unite after lifting, the prime mover should be positioned with a locating pin between the bases whether they are on the same base or not.imm
5.6.4 The pressure-bearing parts of the air compressor, such as the air compressor, air filter, air filter cover, cooler, oil-water separator, air pipe, etc., should be tested with a water pressure of 1.5 times the rated working pressure. The cylinder and air pipe should be tested with a pressure of 45MPa. The above various water pressure tests should last for 30min. No lifting phenomenon is allowed.
5.7 Practice requirements
5.7.1, Deer in the island The axle box shall be equipped with a lubricating oil supply hole, oil level gauge, oil pressure regulating valve (for pressure lubrication), axle plug and explosion-proof valve or appropriate breathable cover at the appropriate position.
5.7.2 The bottom of the water-cooled cylinder transformer shall be equipped with a cooling water discharge hole and a drain plug: the water pipe shall be equipped with anti-rust and anti-separation protection. 5.7.3 The cooling vessel shall be equipped with a cooling water safety barrier or safety membrane, and equipped with a drain plug or a drain valve. 5.7.4 The air compressor must have an unloading mechanism, and the places with automatic control must also have a mechanism that can be manually operated. 5.7.5 The air compressor shall be equipped with an air separator (air-cooled air compressors with small volume flow can be installed without it). 5.6 The joints of the air, water and oil circuits of the air compressor shall be sealed to facilitate disassembly and assembly and be shock-proof. 5. 6.1 Adjustment test
After the air compressor has been connected for more than 2 hours, it can be adjusted. During the adjustment test, the air compressor operates under the rated load, and the pump efficiency, sound, and the air, cooling water and lubricating oil are checked for abnormalities. The adjustment test results of each air compressor should be recorded in detail.
6.1. Adjust the drip pressure, water pressure and inlet and exhaust pressure at all levels. 6.1.2 The air compressor operates under rated conditions and adjusts the safety room so that it meets the requirements of 5.3. above. All safety devices are sealed after 3 tests.
6.1. Test the automatic start, stop, unloading, discharge and protection (alarm) devices: check the accuracy and reliability of their actions for at least 100 times.

All performance tests of the air compressor shall be carried out with a complete air compressor unit. The air humidity and positive pressure at all levels of the compressor, the pressure and water pan of the cooling water, the oil consumption and the light speed shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of R853.
6-2.1 Method for determining the volume of air compressor shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB3853 using the injection method or the filling method. 6.2.2 Shaft power test
When the air compressor is driven by an electric motor, the shaft power shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of GB3853. When the air compressor is driven by a diesel engine, the precise output power of the prime mover shall be calculated according to the provisions of GB1105, and the shaft power of the air compressor shall be calculated according to formula <1). Measure the performance according to GB4980. 6.2.5 The air compressor operates continuously for 1h at rated speed and the final exhaust pressure is 105% of the rated exhaust pressure. 6.3 The additional test should be carried out under rated conditions and performance tests should be carried out regularly. The running time of the first prototype of the new design in the durability test should be no less than 11 hours, and the cumulative number of starts during the test should be no less than 100 times. The running time of other types of air compressors (including newly designed units of the same type, modified units of the same diameter and units produced in transferred factories) in the durability test should be no less than 500 hours, and the cumulative number of starts during the test period should be no less than 50 times. The start-up test can be carried out in the forbidden period of the durability test. It must be ensured that the air compressor is stopped before each start. The time of test is not less than 50000. During and after the endurance test, the main parts shall be disassembled for external inspection and rate friction. 6.4 Service condition test
