5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 Before each coal mill leaves the factory, it must undergo body trial assembly and print assembly marks. 5.2 The assembly of the coal grinder should comply with the relevant regulations of JB/T5000.10-1998. 5.3 The paint and rust prevention of coal mills should comply with the relevant regulations of JB/5000.12-1998. 5.4 The grinding and editing department conducts an air tightness test. The test pressure is 0.2MPa and the pressure is maintained for 30 minutes. The pressure drop should not be greater than 0.1MPa. 5.5 The reducer should be tested with no load at the manufacturer. The operating time should not be less than 8 hours. The noise and oil temperature and shall comply with the provisions of 4.11 and 4.14.
5.6 The reducer lubrication system undergoes a pressure test at the manufacturer. The test pressure is 0.6MPa, the pressure is maintained for 5 minutes, and no leakage is allowed. 5.7 The hydraulic cylinder and accumulator undergo a pressure test at the manufacturer. The test pressure is 1.25 times the working pressure, and the pressure must be maintained for 5 minutes without leakage. 5.8 When the coal mill has a turning function, a turning test should be done during assembly in the manufacturer. The connection between the turning device and the grinding plate should be firm and reliable, and the middle frame should be fixed to prevent the middle frame from tipping. During the test, only one grinding roller needs to be turned out. The roller turning device should be flexible, and the grinding roller and the middle frame should not interfere with each other.

5.9 When using a dynamic and static combined rotary separator (SLS type), the separator transmission part rotation test should be carried out at the manufacturer. The rotation test should be within the speed regulation range of the separator. Carry out at four points of 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%. At this time, check each rotating part. There should be no interference, lag, or abnormal noise. At the same time, check the oil temperature of the oil pool of the driving device. The test time of each point is based on the temperature. until the temperature rises stably, but the temperature of the drive bearing lubricating oil should not exceed 70°C during no-load test. 5.10 The grinding section and separator are tested manually at the manufacturer and comply with the relevant provisions in 4.10. The no-load test run of the coal mill shall be carried out on site, and the operation time shall not be less than 2 hours (except for spring-loaded coal mills). 5.12

5 Test methods and inspection rules
5.1 Each coal mill shall be assembled before leaving the factory and the assembly mark shall be printed. 5.2 The assembly of the coal mill shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/T5000.10-1998. 5.3 The anti-rust paint of the coal mill shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB/5000.12-1998. 5.4 The air tightness test of the grinding part shall be carried out, the test pressure is 0.2MPa, the pressure shall be maintained for 30min, and the pressure drop shall not be greater than 0.1MPa5.5 The reducer shall be tested at no-load in the manufacturer, and the running time shall not be less than 8h. The noise and oil temperature shall be tested respectively, and shall comply with the provisions of 4.11 and 4.14.
5.6 The lubrication system of the reducer shall be pressure tested in the manufacturer, the test pressure shall be 0.6MPa, the pressure shall be maintained for 5min, and no leakage shall be allowed. 5.7 The hydraulic cylinder and accumulator shall be pressure tested at the manufacturer. The test pressure shall be 1.25 times of the working pressure. The pressure shall be maintained for 5 minutes without leakage. 5.8 When the coal mill has a roll-over function, a roll-over test shall be performed during assembly at the manufacturer. The connection between the roll-over device and the mill roll shall be firm and reliable, and the middle frame shall be fixed to prevent the middle frame from tipping over. During the test, only one roller needs to be turned out. The roll-over device shall be flexible, and the roller and the middle frame shall not be involved.
