The test shall be carried out in accordance with Article 11.4 of GB11539 and shall comply with the provisions. 6 Inspection rules
6.1-Hydroxy-1-benzyl alcohol shall be inspected by the technical inspection department of the non-production factory and shall ensure that all products meet the requirements of this standard. All approved products shall be provided with quality certificates: manufacturer name, product name, trademark, production date, batch number, net weight, and product quality certification number that meets the requirements of this standard. 6.2 The acceptance unit has the right to inspect whether the quality of the received 1-Hydroxy-1-benzyl alcohol meets the requirements of this standard according to the test method and inspection rules stipulated in the standard. Each batch shall be inspected and different batches shall be inspected separately. 6.3 For each batch of packaging units, 2 units shall be selected if the units are less than 100 and 3 units shall be selected if the units are more than 100. After opening the package, check for moisture and impurities first, then vibrate to mix thoroughly, and then use a glass sampling tube to absorb 10ml of the sample, and put it into two clean, dry glass bottles with sand stoppers. Note: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, quantity, sampling date and sampler. One bottle is for inspection, and the other is kept for reference. 6.4 If one of the acceptance results does not meet the requirements of this standard, the manufacturer can be consulted to extract samples for re-inspection. If the new inspection results still have unqualified indicators, the batch of products cannot be accepted. 6.5 When the supply and demand parties have objections to the product quality, they can negotiate to resolve or ask the statutory inspection unit for arbitration, and the cost is borne by either party.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
71 Dihydrooctyl alcohol should be packed in lead barrels. The product name, manufacturer name, trademark, batch number, weight, ex-factory date and standard number are marked on the package. If the ordering unit has special requirements, a separate agreement can be made. 7.2 Monohydromyrcenol should be placed in a cool, dry and dark place to prevent sunlight and rain, and prevent other impurities from contamination. 7.3 Under the condition of meeting the specified transportation conditions, complete packaging and unsealing, the shelf life of this product is one year.
