Parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB/T149--1995 Pencils GB/T 2828—1987 Batch-by-batch inspection counting sampling procedures and sampling tables (applicable to the inspection of continuous batches) Periodic inspection counting sampling procedures and sampling tables (applicable to the inspection of production process stability) GB/T 2829-1987 GB/T12654---1990 3 Product classification Writing paper 3.1 Rubber pencil erasers are divided into high-end products and popular products according to their quality. 3.2 Rubber pencil erasers are composed of different products according to their different appearances. 3.3 Special specifications shall be resolved through negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 4 Technical requirements Appearance quality The rubber pencil eraser should be evenly shaped, without uneven color and dirt, and the trademark should be printed well. There should be no obvious defects that damage the appearance. 4.2 Quality indicators Should meet the requirements of Table 1. Hardness HS Elimination rate, % Abrasion rate, % Hardness difference after aging AHS 5 Test methodsbZxz.net Physical and chemical indicators High-grade products Above 45 Popular products Above 45 Applicable provisions 5.1 The samples used for testing should be rubber pencil erasers that have been stored at a constant temperature of (25±2)°C for more than 24 hours after production, and measured at room temperature (25±2)°C. Approved by China Light Industry General Association on December 4, 1997 Implemented on August 1, 1998 5.2 Visual inspection for appearance. 5.3 Hardness test QB/T 2336--1997 5.3.1 Hardness test: Use a Shore hardness tester. The pressure needle should touch the surface of the pressurized sample vertically and lightly, and read the scale correctly immediately. Test three different parts of each sample, and take the average value as the hardness of the test sample. 5.3.2 Hardness difference after aging (AHS) test Cut the sample into two halves one by one, one half is tested for hardness according to 5.3.1, and the other half is aged for 24 hours at (70±1)℃. After the sample is taken out, place it at (25±2)℃ for 2 hours, and then test the hardness again according to the method in 5.3.1. The difference between the two is the hardness difference after aging (△HS). 5.4 Erasure rate test 5.4.1 Test piece preparation method Cut a sheet with a thickness of (5.0±0.2) mm from the sample and process the part in contact with the test paper into an arc shape with a radius of (6±1) mm. 5.4.2 Preparation method of colored paper Colored paper is made according to the following method: a) Pencil for coloring: high-grade HB pencil specified in GB/T149; b) Test paper: 80g/m2 writing paper specified in GB/T12654, c) Load is 0.3kgf (2.94N); d) Marking speed: (310±10)cm/min; e) Line spacing: 0.3mm; f) The angle between the pencil lead and the surface of the test paper on the marking machine is 75°±5°; g) Pencil lead shape: The pencil lead tip is sharpened to a cone with a diameter of 0.6mm; h) Coloring width: (8±1)mm. 5.4.3 Test steps 5.4.3.1 Align the pencil eraser vertically to the colored paper and make contact with the colored line at right angles. Apply a load of 0.5kgf (4.9N) and rub back and forth along the colored line 4 times at a speed of (36±2)cm/min. At this time, use a brush to gently sweep away the debris on the rubbed part. 5.4.3.2 Measure with a photo test densitometer or a device with equivalent performance or above. The density of the non-colored part of the colored paper is set to zero, and then the density of the colored part and the erased part are measured separately. 5.4.3.3 The erasure rate is calculated according to formula (1). E(%) (1 Wherein: E-erasure rate, M-concentration of the erased part; C-concentration of the colored part. 5.5 Abrasion rate test 5.5.1 The abrasion rate test and the erasure rate test are carried out simultaneously. 5.5.2 The abrasion rate is calculated according to formula (2): K(%): Wherein: K-abrasion rate; P-mass of the rubber sample; P2-mass of the rubber sample after erasure. M, )×100 (2) 6 Inspection rules QB/T2336-.1997 6.1 Products must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before they can leave the factory, and should be accompanied by a product certificate. 6.2 Acceptance inspection 6.2.1 Acceptance inspection is carried out according to the normal sampling plan specified in GB/T2828, with the inspection level of I.
