4 Packaging technical requirements
4.1 Preparation of product packaging
4.1.1 Packaging environment

4.1.4.1 Sales packaging containers
4.1.4.1.1 Sales packaging containers shall use plastic film bags, which must be treated with antistatic treatment. Other sales packaging containers are not specified in this standard.

4.2.1 Packaging requirements

4.2.1.2.1 The specifications and dimensions of double-wall corrugated cartons shall be reasonably selected in accordance with Article 4.1.4.2.2. 4.2.1.2.2 When packing, the supporting box shall be flat and aligned, and the sales packaging shall be arranged neatly. 4.2.1.2.3 The labeling outside the box: the product name, specification, and quantity must be consistent with the actual items in the box. The bottom of the box and the flap of the box cover shall be firmly bonded, and shall not be bulging or loose.
4.2.1.3 Double corrugated box sealing method
a. The flaps of the carton are firmly bonded with adhesive, and then sealed up and down with pressure-sensitive tape. b. : The bottom of the box is nailed together. No protrusions that may damage the plastic bag or a layer of padding are allowed. The box covers are firmly bonded with adhesive and then sealed with pressure-sensitive tape.

4.2.2.2 Transport packaging markings
The identification of transport packaging parts shall be in accordance with Article 2.1 of GB3538. a.
b. The outer surface of the carton shall be marked with the name or code of the carton manufacturer. The markings on the 2nd and 4th sides shall be the same: product name, registered trademark, manufacturer name, factory address, production date, and two graphic markings for moisture resistance and stacking limit selected in accordance with GB191. The markings on the 5th and 6th sides shall be the same: product name and specifications, quantity, gross weight, volume, packaging grade, consignor and consignee, commodity barcode (export commodities), commodity classification graphic shall be in accordance with GB6388, and the marking positions are shown in the figure below.

6.1 The storage area should be dry, ventilated, and the relative humidity should be less than 75%. Open-air storage is strictly prohibited. 6.2 Storage and stacking should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Article 5.3. The storage in the bottom warehouse should be greater than or equal to 140mm from the ground. 7 Test methods
7.1 Test of packaging materials
7.1.1 The peeling force test method of the pressure-sensitive tape used for transport packaging and sealing boxes shall be carried out in accordance with GB2792. 7.1.2 The breaking tensile test method of the plastic strapping tape used for transport packaging and bundling shall be carried out in accordance with GB12023. 7.2 Test of packaging containers
7.2.1 Test of plastic film bags
7.2.1.1 The state adjustment of the sample and the test standard environment shall be carried out in accordance with GB2918, and the adjustment time shall not be less than 2h. And the test shall be carried out in the same environmental state.
7.2.1.2 The specification size and thickness of plastic film bags shall be tested in accordance with GB6672 and GB6673. 7.2.1.3 The technical requirements test of plastic film bags shall be carried out in accordance with GB4456 and GB10005. 7.2.1.4 The test of the sealing and bottom peeling force of plastic film bags shall be carried out in accordance with ZBY28004. 7.2.1.5 The gravure printing quality test of plastic film bags shall be carried out in accordance with GB7707. 7.2.2 Test of double-walled paper boxes
7.2.2.1 The specification size test of double-walled corrugated paper boxes shall be carried out in accordance with GB6543. 7.2.2.2 The technical requirements test of double-walled corrugated paper boxes shall be carried out in accordance with GB6543. 7.2.2.3 For the compression test of double corrugated paperboard boxes, pre-treat for 24 h according to 2.1 of GB/T4857.2 and condition 5, and conduct the test according to GB/T4857.4 under this condition.
7.3 Performance test of transport packaging
7.3.1 Performance test of transport packaging shall be carried out according to 2.1 of GB/T4857.2 and condition 5, and conduct the test under this condition.
