Beauty salon service specifications
SB/T 10991--2013
This standard defines the terms and definitions of daily beauty services, and stipulates the business service venues, service supplies and facilities and equipment, service content, processes and main links, service personnel requirements and service calculation principles. This standard applies to service venues engaged in daily beauty services within the territory of the People's Republic of China. 2 Normative references

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1
Heausage service
The business behavior of providing consumers with non-traumatic and non-invasive skin cleaning, skin care, skin anti-aging, and makeup modification services on the human body surface using manual techniques, instruments and equipment and with the help of beauty care, makeup and other products. 3.2
Beauty salon
Using professional techniques, equipment, instruments, supplies and tools, and with the help of beauty care, skin anti-aging, body shaping, nail art and makeup products, it provides consumers with beauty care, body shaping, and beauty services. Including: beauty salons, beauty centers, beauty and health clubs, etc.
Facial skin care According to the scientific principles of skin care and the characteristics of the customer's skin, through beauty equipment, with the help of beauty skin care products and standardized technical techniques, it provides consumers with non-invasive skin cleansing, skin care, skin anti-aging and other beauty services. 3.4
Heauty and senlpturc body According to the scientific principles of body beauty, based on the characteristics of consumers, through body beauty equipment, with the help of body beauty and skin care products, and operating standardized technical techniques, to provide consumers with non-invasive body shaping, health care, maintenance and other life beauty services. 3.5
SPAsolusparagula
Use water and fragrant swallow essential oils and other media to provide soothing massage, leisure and relaxation, spa bathing, aromatherapy massage and other related services. 3.6
Make-up
Use cosmetics and tools, adopt standardized techniques and steps to dye, draw and arrange the face, facial features and other parts of the person, enhance the three-dimensional impression, adjust the shape and color, cover up defects, show the spirit, so as to achieve the purpose of beautifying the face. 4 Requirements for business service places
4.1 Business requirements
4.1.1 The business place is legal and fixed, and meets the relevant requirements of SB/T10437. 4.1.2 The certificates and licenses are complete, and the original business license is hung in a conspicuous place in the business place. The name plaque is standardized and legal, and the service signs are in line with the requirements of the city appearance.
4.1.3 The business hours, service items, charging standards and precautions should be clearly stated. The charges should be strictly implemented according to the publicized charging standards, and the publicity should truthfully and objectively express the service requirements and interest to consumers. 4.1.4 The business place should be kept quiet and meet the requirements of GB12348. 4.2 Hygiene requirements
4.2.1 Drinking water should meet the requirements of GB5749. 4.2.2 There are qualified disinfection equipment and a dedicated person to manage it. 4.2.3 Beauty instruments and equipment should be regularly disinfected by a dedicated person to keep them clean to prevent cross infection. 4.2.4 The business premises shall be clean and tidy: in accordance with the requirements of (FI396G6, 4.3 Environmental requirements
4.3.1 The light shall be appropriate and the air shall be smooth, in accordance with the requirements of GB3095. 4.3.2 The interior decoration shall comply with the relevant national environmental protection requirements. 4.3.3 Sewage discharge shall comply with the requirements of GB18918. 4.4 Safety requirements
The building shall be strong and safe.
4.4.2 The safety protection devices of the power system shall be intact and effective. 4.4.3 The power equipment shall operate normally, safely and in good condition.-
4.4.4 Anti-slip measures shall be taken on the ground with obvious signs. The safety passage shall be kept unobstructed at all times, with obvious dredging route maps, and equipped with emergency equipment as required.
4.4.5 Fire safety facilities and equipment shall be configured as required, and fire safety signs shall be set up in accordance with the requirements of GB13495. Requirements should be met and placed in designated locations. Fire safety facilities and equipment should be inspected and maintained regularly to ensure that they are intact and effective. 4.4.6 The fire alarm telephone signs are obvious and the emergency evacuation routes for fire hazards are unobstructed. 4.4.7 Indoor decoration and decorative materials that meet fire protection requirements should be used. 4.4.8 The storage of flammable and explosive items should comply with fire safety regulations. Beauty service personnel should master fire safety knowledge, and the store should be equipped with a fire safety manager. 4.4.9

5 Service supplies and facilities and equipment
5.1 Skin care products
5.1.1 The use of beauty and skin care products should comply with the requirements of the "Cosmetic Hygiene Standards". 5.1.2 The use of beauty skin expansion products should comply with the requirements of GB5296.3, and expired products should not be used. 5.2 Requirements for facilities and equipment

5.2.1 The beauty salon has complete equipment and facilities, which match the publicized service items. All instruments and equipment should meet the national health and product quality standards.

7 Requirements for service personnel
7.1 Basic requirements
7.1.1 Comply with national laws, regulations and relevant policy requirements, operate in accordance with the law, treat customers with integrity, trade fairly, fulfill commitments, and maintain the reputation of the enterprise and the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
7.1.2 Be familiar with the national health requirements for the industry and strictly do a good job in various health work. 7.1. 3 Beauty service personnel are in good health, have regular health checks, and their personal hygiene meets professional service requirements. They must hold a health certificate before taking up their posts. 7.1.4 Understand the business management system, professional ethics and reception service etiquette of the enterprise. 7.1.5 The masks of service personnel of various types should be adapted to the business projects. Be familiar with the service items, service processes, quality standards, job qualifications and regulatory requirements of this position.
7.2 Appearance
7.2.1 Be dignified, well-mannered, energetic, well-mannered, and smiling. 7.2.2 Wear neat and uniform clothes, have a good work number, and have a beautiful hairstyle, and be natural and generous. 7.2.3 Pay attention to reception etiquette and etiquette. When welcoming and seeing off consumers from different countries, different nationalities, and different religious beliefs, the corresponding reception services should be provided according to their living habits.
7.3 Reception language

7. 4. 1 Management personnel
Understand the laws, regulations and provisions of the state and industry authorities on the hairdressing and beauty industry, and standardize operations. Master the relevant professional knowledge of enterprise management and business projects.
7.42 Beauty technicians
7.4.2.1 Have a national professional qualification certificate1, master the basic knowledge of skin structure, skin type, head bones, muscle structure, body meridians and acupoints, and various massage techniques.
7.4.2.2 Be able to judge various skin types and formulate a reasonable skin care plan based on the judgment results. 7.4.2.3 Be able to independently perform beauty care, cosmetic beauty, health beauty, body shaping beauty and other operations. 7.4.2.4 Master the basic makeup skills of daily makeup and professional makeup. 7.4.2.5 Master the ingredients, performance, characteristics and usage methods of various skin care products used by the company; be able to choose suitable skin care products according to different skin characteristics.
7.4.2.6 Be able to use equipment, supplies and utensils correctly, and master their maintenance, care, cleaning and disinfection methods. Be proficient in the dosage and operation methods of boiling disinfection, baking disinfection, ultraviolet disinfection, alcohol disinfection, etc. 8 Service Management Requirements
8.1 The service items should be objectively and truthfully introduced to consumers in advance, including the quality and price of the beauty and cosmetics used, and the operation can only be started after the consumers confirm their opinions. 4

8.2 Establish a consumer file system and keep the consumer files intact. Protect the personal privacy of consumers, and the personal information registered by consumers should not be leaked.
8.3 Strictly abide by the relevant laws, regulations, standards and industry norms of the country, pay taxes according to law, carefully organize operations and management, and have sound rules and regulations and operating procedures, quality standards and service specifications for various types of work. 8.4 Professional ethics should be observed, consumers’ personal consumption wishes should be respected, and integrity and quality should be the first principle of service. 8.5 The sales and use of beauty salon stored-value cards should be regulated in accordance with relevant national regulations. 8.6 A consumer return visit system should be established to track beauty quality. If beauty quality problems occur, the beauty salon should bear corresponding responsibilities to the consumer.
