4.2.3 Dyeing operation
a. Color absorption
Add 24mL of 25% sodium chloride solution to the dye solution as specified in Table 3. When the dye solution temperature is 20℃, cool and number the cotton yarn (or cotton cloth) that has been weighed (accurate to 0.01g) and boiled with distilled water for 15min, and immerse them in the dye vat in sequence for dyeing. Stir frequently within the first 15min, lift the dye sample from the liquid surface after 15min, add another 15min each, and dye for 30min in total.
24mL of 25% sodium chloride solution, stir every 5 minutes, continue dyeing. Lift the dyed sample from the liquid surface, add 15mL of 20% anhydrous sodium carbonate solution to fix the color according to Table 3, and heat to the fixing temperature of 40℃ within 20 minutes. Stir frequently when heating, stir every 5 minutes thereafter, and continue dyeing for 25 minutes. Take out after dyeing, wash thoroughly with water, and wring dry. c. Post-treatment
Boil the dyed sample in a soap solution containing 3g/L of neutral soap flakes for 15 minutes (bath ratio 150). Take out and wash with water, clean, wring dry, and dry at 60~~70℃. After cooling, evaluate the color light and intensity according to the relevant provisions of GB2374. 4.3 Determination of water-insoluble contentwwW.bzxz.Net

5.1 Inspection classification
Items (1) to (7) in 3.1 and Table 1 of this standard technical requirements are factory inspection items, and items (8) and (9) in Table 1 are regular inspection items, which shall be carried out once in each production cycle. All items in the technical requirements of this standard are type inspection items. If one of the six situations specified in Article 6.6.1 of GB1.3 occurs, type inspection should be carried out, and it should be carried out once a year during normal production. 5.2 Sampling method
Random sampling is carried out in batches. For manufacturers, uniform products mixed once are considered a batch, and for users, products with the same batch number received from the same manufacturer are considered a batch. The number of samples shall not be less than VN/2 (N is the number of barrels of each batch of products). If there is a decimal, it shall be rounded up to an integer. The number of samples for small batches shall not be less than 3 barrels. The sampled packaging must be intact. When sampling, do not allow foreign impurities to fall into the product. Use a stainless steel sampler to take samples from the top, middle and bottom respectively. After the sample is fully mixed, take about 200g from it and divide it into two clean and dry ground-mouth bottles, seal them with paraffin, and label them with the manufacturer name, product name, batch number and sampling date. One bottle is for inspection and the other is kept for future reference.
5.3 Manufacturer inspection
Reaction Brilliant Red X-4B is inspected by the quality supervision department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer shall ensure that the quality of all Reaction Brilliant Red X-4B products shipped out of the factory meets the requirements of this standard and shall be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format. 5.4 Re-inspection
If the inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, samples shall be taken from twice the amount of packaging barrels for re-inspection. Even if only one indicator of the re-inspection result does not meet the requirements of the technical indicators of this standard, the entire batch of products shall be unqualified. 5.5 User Acceptance
The user has the right to verify the received Reaction Brilliant Red X-4B in accordance with the provisions of this standard. When the supply and demand parties have objections to the quality of the product, the two parties may negotiate to resolve the dispute. 5.6 Arbitration
When arbitration is required, the arbitration institution may be selected by agreement of both parties, and the arbitration appraisal shall be conducted in accordance with the methods of this standard. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 The packaging barrels should be firmly and clearly marked with the manufacturer's name, product name, registered trademark, production date, batch number, specifications, gross weight, net weight, and each batch of barrels should be accompanied by a product quality certificate with the standard number on it. 6.2 Reaction Brilliant Red X-4B should be packed in iron barrels lined with plastic bags. The plastic bags should be tightly tied and sealed with a cover. 6.3 During transportation, it should be handled with care and fire, sun and rain should be prevented. Do not damage the packaging. 6.4 The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. The storage period is one year. Additional remarks:
This standard was proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the technical jurisdiction of the Shenyang Chemical Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. This standard was drafted by the Shenyang Chemical Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry and Songjiang Chemical Plant of Jilin Chemical Company.
