Verification procedure for cement mortar vibrating table
This procedure specifies the verification of newly manufactured, repaired and repaired water-jet vibrating tables: Overview
Cement mortar vibrating table (hereinafter referred to as vibrating table): It is a special device for calibrating cement test pieces with test molds and hoppers, and for calibrating caps and discharge hoppers. It is a new type of centrifugal vibrating table with two ends equipped with a centrifugal return end to excite the vibrator when it rotates: Technical requirements
1 The vibration table should be marked with the nameplate of the model, specification, factory, product number and manufacturing date. 1.2 The vibration table should be connected to the instruction manual for installation. 1.3 The vibration table surface and the fan surface of the test mold should be smooth and flat, and there should be no unevenness. 1.4 The surface can press the micro-material on the ground. 1.5 The movable system should be tight and there should be no slight vibration. 6 The electric control device must be well grounded.
2 The vibration frequency of the vibration table should be 46.750Hz, 2800~3000/mz3 When installing the empty test mold and the material bucket, the displacement of the vibration table should be 0.80-90r4 The continuous operation time of the vibration table should be 121 -1256+hold chain.1 After the operation time, the brake of the motor should be released within 37 seconds.
