The hole and shaft of AG and BG pulleys are matched to H8/f7. The surface of the parts should be free of defects such as burrs, cracks, rust, etc. that affect the strength, and the outer sharp edges should be rounded. The machined surface of the casting shall not have defects such as sand holes, pores, shrinkage holes, cracks and looseness, and the non-machined surface shall not have defects that affect the strength. The weld of the hot-rolled pulley should be smooth and free of sand holes and undercuts. Each pulley shall be subjected to a static load test. After the test, the load-bearing parts shall not have permanent deformation or any defects. Test method The pulley shall be subjected to a static load test according to the test load and loading method specified in Table 7. The pulley may also be subjected to a strength test after being assembled with the tackle. The test load is consistent with that of the corresponding tackle. The test time is 5 minutes. After the test, the pulley shall meet the requirements of 3.7. Table 7 Test loading method Safe working load of steel rope, kN Test load, kN Inspection rules Each pulley must be inspected and tested by the product quality inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the technical requirements and test methods of this standard. The product can only be shipped after it has passed the inspection and verified by the ship inspection department, and the product quality certificate and ship inspection certificate shall be issued. 6 Marking and packaging 6.1 Marking CB/T153-1995 6.1.1Each pulley shall have a product label, which shall indicate the following: a. Product model and specification; Safe working load of the wire rope; Manufacturer name; Manufacture date. Each pulley shall be marked with a ship inspection mark. 6.2 Packaging When the pulley leaves the factory, it must be properly packaged to ensure that the product will not be damaged or corroded, and can meet the requirements of multiple loading and unloading and long-distance transportation.
