This standard was proposed by China Light Industry Federation. Sizing value
This standard specifically indicates the wave length required to pass through a paper sheet. It is used to evaluate the water resistance of paper sheets and is expressed in seconds. 4
According to the instrument and tester

5 Collection, treatment and preparation of samples
5.1 Sampling shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T450.
