Allowable deviation of clearance groove of truncated thread profile relative to thread profile In the axial section of the truncated thread profile, the radial distance between the pitch diameter line and the top end (towards the crest side) of the straight part of the tooth side is within the truncated thread profile. The pipe thread gauge used for thread sealing is the radial distance between the middle diameter line and the end of the straight part of the tooth side (towards the bottom side) in the axial section. It is divided into tapered thread working gauge and tapered thread calibration gauge according to its performance. Tapered thread working gauge: refers to the thread gauge used by the operator in the process of manufacturing the workpiece thread. Tapered thread calibration gauge: refers to the thread gauge used when manufacturing the thread working ring gauge and checking whether the working thread ring gauge in use has been worn.
