Casing specifications for drilling
Casing specifications for drilling
Prepare the oil pipe (or drill pipe) according to the design requirements, and make measurements, calculations, pipe string, discharge and record. 5.5 Preparation for drilling
5.3.1 The casing used for drilling and repair should meet the requirements of protecting the oil layer and be prepared in sufficient quantity. The casing situation must be checked before drilling.
Operation procedures
6.1 Well drilling
The pipe string structure is from bottom to top, and the oil pipe (or drill pipe) is the drilling specification. 6.1.1
The lowering of the pipe string for merging shall comply with the provisions of SY/T5587.6. in
6.1.3 During merging, the operation shall be smooth, and the speed of the lower arm column shall be controlled to 10~20m/min. When the distance from the design position or the artificial merging bottom is 100m, the lowering speed shall not exceed 5~~10m/min. When the hanging weight drops 10~20kN to the artificial merging bottom, repeat twice, so that the error of the measured artificial merging bottom depth is less than 0.5m.
6.1.4 During merging, if there is an obstacle in the middle, the hanging weight shall be controlled to drop no more than 20~30kN, and the pipe string shall be moved smoothly, and the circulation shall be flushed. Climbing and hard pressing are strictly prohibited.
6.1.5 For the merging section that encounters an obstacle, the situation shall be analyzed or the cause of the obstacle shall be confirmed by actual measurement and printing, and the merging operation shall be carried out after repair. 6.2 Scraping of the pipe
SY/T 5587.16--93
6,2.1 The structure of the general column from bottom to top is scraper, tubing (or drill pipe). 6.2.2 The scraping of the casing column should comply with the provisions of SY/T5687.6. 6.2.3 When lowering the pipe column, the operation should be smooth, and the speed of lowering the pipe column should be controlled at 20-30m/min. The lowering speed should be controlled at 5-10m/min when the distance design requires the scraping section to be about 50m before the section is scraped. When the pump circulation is normal, slowly lower the pipe column while rotating it in the direction of the thread tightening, and then lift the pipe column to scrape it repeatedly until the lowered hanging weight no longer drops. 6.2.4 If there is a blockage in the middle, when the suspension drops by 20~~30kN, stop lowering the pipe string, connect the well manifold, lower the pipe string while rotating in the direction of the threaded fastening, and scrape repeatedly until the hanging weight of the pipe string returns to normal, and then continue to lower the pipe string. 6.2.5 After the scraper operation is completed, it should be fully cleaned according to the provisions of SY/T5587.7. 7 Operation quality and safety requirements
7.1 Operation quality
The lifting and scraping of the casing operations meet the design requirements, and the inner diameter of the casing in the well is unobstructed. 7.1.2
After scraping, wash thoroughly, and the scraped dirt should be fully washed out of the ground. The data collection is complete and accurate, including: the model of the well-drilling gauge (scraper), the external dimensions: the depth of the well diameter (or the cutting casing), the position of the obstruction, the change value of the weight gauge, the description of the well-drilling gauge trace, the washing and lifting time, the amount of washing fluid, the pump pressure, the washing depth, the displacement, and the description of the return material at the outlet.
The format and content of the well-drilling and scraping casing operation record shall comply with the provisions of Appendix B (Supplementary). 7, 1.5 The format and content of the summary of the well-drilling and scraping casing operation shall comply with the provisions of Appendix C (Supplementary). 7.2 Safety requirements
A weight gauge (or dynamometer) and a well-drilling control device that have been calibrated and meet the requirements must be installed during the operation. 7.2.2
The well-drilling and scraping workers and the pipe string shall be qualified by ground inspection. 7.2.31
During the well-drilling and scraping process, the change of the hanging weight must be mastered, and the hanging weight drop must be controlled not to exceed 30kN. 7.2.4 It is strictly forbidden to use the pipe string with a dredging gauge or scraper to flush the sand. A1 Format Size
