The main differences between this standard and ISO/DIS3670 are as follows: the format has been modified according to GB/T1.12000; the requirements for No. 1 and No. 2 taper locking trapezoidal thread gauges (Table 1, Table 2, Table 3 of the ISO version) have been deleted; the dimensions of the taper locking trapezoidal thread plug gauge probe have been modified (Table 2 of the ISO version); the requirements for No. 10 and No. 11 taper locking trapezoidal thread gauges have been added (Table 2 and Table 3 of this version); the surface roughness requirements for the probe, handle and taper gauge of the trapezoidal thread gauge have been added (Figure 2, Figure 3, Figure 5, Figure A.1 of this version); the requirements for No. 10 and No. 11 taper gauges have been added (Table A.1 of this version). This standard replaces GB/T8125-1987 "Types and Dimensions of Trapezoidal Thread Gauges" from the date of implementation. Compared with GB/T8125-1987, the main changes of this standard are as follows: - The type diagram of trapezoidal thread gauge in the table has been deleted (Table 1 of the 1987 edition); - The diagram of the trapezoidal thread gauge probe and handle has been deleted (Table 2 of the 1987 edition); - The type diagram of the trapezoidal thread gauge has been added (Figure 1, Figure 4, Figure 8, Figure 12 of this edition); The surface roughness requirements of the probe, handle and taper gauge of the trapezoidal thread gauge have been added (Figure 2, Figure 3, Figure 5, Figure A.1 of this edition). The types and sizes of trapezoidal thread gauges (hereinafter referred to as "thread gauges") specified in this standard are applicable to the trapezoidal thread gauges specified in GB/T8124-2004. 2 Normative references The clauses in the following documents become clauses of this standard through reference in this standard. For dated references, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions are not applicable to this standard.
