6 Test method
6.1 Appearance
Visual inspection is carried out at a distance of 400~500mm from the sample under natural light. B
6.2 Specifications and dimensions
6.2.1 The size detection should be carried out with a vernier caliper with an indication accuracy of 0.02mm and a universal angle ruler with an indication value of 2'. 6.2.2 In the closed state, use a feeler gauge to detect the gap between the wrap angle and the sword head. 6.3 Performance
6.3.1 Opening and Closing Force
Fix the slide rail of the sliding support on the test bench, and fix a rigid simulation rod on the bracket. The length of the simulation rod is equal to the maximum sash width in Table 2 and the maximum sash height in Table 3. If the two are different, take the smaller value. Apply force to the far end of the simulation rod to open and close it. The force application direction is consistent with the opening and closing direction and is perpendicular to the axis of the simulation rod. Use a 0-100N tensioner to measure. 6.3.2 Suspended end hanging weight test
Install the sliding support on the rigid simulation window according to the actual use. The simulation window should meet the maximum width, height and weight of the tested sliding support specifications in Table 2. Open the simulation window to the maximum opening angle, apply a force of 500N vertically downward on the center line of the frame material at the free end of the window sash for 5s. The force can still be used after unloading for 60s. 6.3.3 Repeated opening and closing test
Install the sliding support on the rigid simulation window according to the actual use situation. The simulation window should meet the maximum width, height and weight of the tested sliding support specifications in Table 2 and Table 3. Perform reciprocating opening and closing 6 to 10 times per minute. The opening angle is the maximum opening angle. After every 3,000 tests, the opening force should be adjusted to 40 to 80N. No force is applied to the free end of the window sash during the test. 7 Inspection rules
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. Products can only be shipped after passing the inspection and attaching the product certificate. 7.1 Factory inspection
