4.1.1 Safety Technical Requirements
4.1.1 The design of micro-tillage machines should meet the safety requirements in accordance with GB10395.1. 4.2.2 Permanent danger warning safety signs should be marked on dangerous positions of the tiller, and the marking should comply with the provisions of GB10396. 4.2.3 All moving parts of the tiller are regarded as dangerous parts, especially those where squeezing or shearing may occur. The rotating working parts close to the operator's working position and external dangerous parts should have available protective devices. 4.2.4 Protection of rotary cutter and other rotating working parts 4.2.4.1 The rotary cutter and other rotating working parts shall have fixed protective devices, covering the rotary cutter or rotating working parts with a rearward angle of not less than 60° from the vertical (see Figure 1). 4.2.4.1 The minimum length of the protective device of the rotary cutter or rotating working parts shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 (see Figure 2). The minimum length of the protective device shall be equal to the total working width of the device. 4.2.4.3 The midpoint of the end of the rotary cutter or rotating working part shall be connected to the horizontal plane between the midpoint of the end and the point of projection of the rotary cutter or rotating working part The distance between the projection point of the rotating outer edge of the rotary blade or rotating working part on the return water half surface should be not less than 900mm.
