1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the test method for the flexing resistance of finished shoes and soles (sheets). This standard is applicable to the inspection of the flexing resistance of finished shoes and soles (sheets) at room temperature. 2 Principle
GB/T 3903.194
Replaces GB3904-83
Put the finished shoes or soles on the folding test machine, and perform the flexion test at a certain angle and frequency. Measure the cracks (openings) and the length of the debonding of the sole and the band after a certain number of flexion times, and observe the changes in the upper. 3 Test specimens
3.1 The finished shoes or soles can be tested directly without cutting, or a 5mm long through cut can be made at the center of the flexion of the metatarsophalangeal joint of the sole for testing. Whether to cut or not can be determined according to the requirements of the relevant product standards. 3.2 Each group of samples shall not be less than two pairs of shoes (or soles). 3.3 The samples shall be placed at a temperature of 23±2℃ for 4 hours before testing. 4 Test equipment
4.1 The folding test machine shall meet the following conditions: 4.1.1 The flexion angle shall be adjustable within 50°.
4.1.2 The flexion frequency is adjustable within the range of 100~300 times/min. 4.1.3 It has the function of automatically stopping according to the preset flexion times. 4.1.4 It has a device for blowing air on the specimen.
4.2 A 5.5×40mm steel shaft is installed on the vertical line from the first metatarsophalangeal joint to the axis of the bottom of the foldable sandalwood. The maximum foldable angle is not less than 50°. There is no unevenness on the surface of the sandalwood sample. 4.3 The graduation value of the vernier caliper is 0.02mm.
4.4 The specifications of the cutting knife are shown in the figure.
Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on November 17, 1994, and implemented on August 1, 1995
5 Test conditions
GB/T 3903.1—94
Cutting knife (M2: 1)
5.1 The bending angle is 50°±1 (special requirements can be selected within 50°). 2 ± 0. 05bzxZ.net
5.2 The bending frequency is 230±10 times/min (special requirements can be selected within the range of 100~~300 times/min). 5.3 The ambient temperature is 23±2℃.
6 Test steps
6.1 The finished shoes are equipped with foldable shoes (the front end of the foldable shoes shall not touch the shoe upper, and the shoe size is generally less than half a size of the shoe size). 6.2 The sole of the shoe is facing upwards, and the specimen is clamped in the clamp. The flexion part of the metatarsophalangeal joint of the sole coincides with the movable axis of the clamp. If a cut is made, the cut must be on this axis, and the sole must be cut through. 6.3 Adjust the eccentricity of the testing machine to make the flexion angle reach the specified angle. 6.4 Observe whether the entire shoe is in a natural state without bending in any direction when the heel is at the highest position. Otherwise, adjust the inclination or inclined iron of the clamp to make the shoe in a natural state and then adjust the flexion angle. 6.5 Preset the number of flexion times as required.
6.6 Before the test starts, clear the counter, turn on the blower, then turn on the main machine, and adjust the frequency to the specified value. 6.7 After the machine stops automatically according to the number of flexion times set in the test, observe the changes in the specimen and measure the length of the crack (cut) and the debonding length of the surrounding strip. When measuring the crack (cut) of the sole, the flexion angle of the sole should be consistent with the maximum flexion angle during the test. When measuring the length of the rim debonding, the sole should be placed in a natural state. 7 Test results
7.1 The length of the crack (opening) and the rim debonding shall be expressed in millimeters, with significant figures to the decimal point. 7.2 The cracks extending from the cut, the newly generated cracks, the length of the rim debonding and the changes in the upper surface shall be expressed separately for each specimen. 8 Test report
8.1 Indicate that the test is carried out in accordance with this standard.
GB/T 3903:1--94
8.2 Sample number, name, specification, brand, manufacturer and sole material. 8.3 Sample pretreatment (whether there is a cut and whether the cut is on the convex or concave pattern, etc.). 8.4 Test bending angle, bending frequency, ambient temperature. 8.5 Test results.
8.6 Test personnel and date.
