National Standard of the People's Republic of China Sampling Inspection for Transport Packages The sampling inspection for transport packages 1 Subject content and applicable scope This standard specifies the sampling inspection method and judgment rules for transport packages. Its main purpose is transportation and storage, and it has the functions of ensuring the safety of the product, facilitating storage, transportation, loading and unloading, and accelerating handover and inspection. 4 Sampling inspection The sampling inspection of packages is carried out in the form of type test and factory inspection. 4.1 Type test Type test shall be conducted on the following packages: a. Newly designed product packages, Packages with significant changes in packaging materials, packaging design and technology; Packages put into production again after product discontinuation; Packages sampled regularly or irregularly during stable production; When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection results and the last type test; When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type test of packages. 4.1.1 Type test items Type test items shall be determined according to the product packaging characteristics and circulation environment conditions. In general, the items specified in GB/T4857 and GB5398 shall be selected, and other tests, such as leakage and water pressure tests, shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards. Special cases shall be carried out according to the agreement between the supply and demand parties. 4.1.2 Sample size The sample size of type test of packages shall not be less than 3 pieces. The sample size of type test of packages for dangerous goods transportation shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of dangerous goods transportation. 4.1.3 Judgment rules Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on August 16, 1994 352 Implementation on March 1, 1995 GB/T 1517294 For any packaged product that undergoes any type test, if any of the packages fails the test, the sampling can be doubled and the test can be repeated. If unqualified packages appear again, the packaged product is judged to have failed the type test. If more than one packaged product fails any of the above type tests, the sampling cannot be doubled and the test can be repeated. The judgment rules for the type test of dangerous goods transport packages shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations on the transport of dangerous goods. 4.2 Factory inspection 4.2.1 Sampling method Randomly select n packages from the total number N of a batch of packages. Random sampling is to give each package in the batch an equal chance of being selected. 4.2.2 Inspection Items Inspection items and inspection methods must be determined according to the actual product packaging design requirements and the requirements of relevant professional product packaging standards. The following items can be listed: The firmness of the combination of each surface of the packaging container, the firmness of the sealing and bundling of the packaging; the clarity and accuracy of various markings on the packaging; the rationality of the method of fixing the contents; Whether the actual capacity of the packaging container meets the regulations; the size of the packaging; The cleanliness of the packaging; Whether the random documents are complete. 4.2.3 Batch Range and Sample Size The sampling quantity n of the packaged product for factory inspection is determined by the batch N of the packaged product for inspection. If the number of unqualified products in the n packages is α≤A., accept the inspection batch. Otherwise, reject the inspection batch. For dangerous goods transport packages, if one of the n packages is unqualified, the inspection batch is judged to be unqualified. For the inspection batch that is considered unqualified after inspection, if it is possible to repair it, the manufacturer is allowed to repair it and then submit it for inspection. 5 Quality Inspection Report The following contents should be included in the quality inspection report: a.
