Measure the distance from the steel wire to 100 on both sides of each circumferential crack, and take 5.-5 as the difference in the cylinder straight line. After the cylinder is rotated by 0, measure it again with the same method. The maximum cylinder straight line error value should meet the requirements of 4.1.5.%. | |tt||5.5 Check the requirements of 4.4.2 using the following method; place the test piece on: the support of the supporting wheel, on the transmission side, with a large radial reference end. Install four marking needles on the cylinder belt (within 200-300m%), adjust the marking needles to within the horizontal plane of the center of the race, rotate the cylinder, and measure at least 10 points on the circumferential surface: the difference between the maximum and minimum values of the entire surface measured on the plate is the vibration value, which should meet the requirements of 4.4.2. 5.6 Use a sound level meter to measure the reducer noise: place the sound level meter on the contour line of the cross-section surface of the reducer body, 1 meter away from the reducer.
