GB6675—86 Toy Safety 3 Technical Requirements 3.1 The safety requirements for electric toys shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB6675. 3.2 The battery of an electric toy should be easy to put in and take out, and the battery box should be equipped with obvious battery polarity markings. 3.3 The electric toy should have good contact and should not fail after 50 consecutive starts. The toy should have obvious "on" and "off" position markings. 3.4 The electric toy should operate normally and should not fail. 3.5 The transmission mechanism of the electric toy should be firm and should still meet the requirements of 3.4 after testing in accordance with 4.5. 3.6 Products with a return wheel mechanism should be able to turn flexibly when encountering obstacles. In the absence of obstacles, the product should be able to drive out a circle with a radius of 4 times the maximum length of the product itself in accordance with 4.6. 3.7 Toys with a walking mechanism should be tested in accordance with 4.7 and should be able to walk smoothly without tipping over or other phenomena, and should not enter the semicircle with a radius of 5 cm as shown in Figure 1. Driving direction China Light Industry Federation 199 8—03—27 Approved 1 1998-12-01 Implementation QB/T2362-98 3.8 For toys with track mechanisms, their slope performance should be good when tested in accordance with 4.8. 3.9 For toys that are only used for straight-line travel, their deviation P shall not be greater than 0.2 when tested in accordance with 4.9. 3.10 For hand-operated toys, the control wires shall be firmly installed and shall not be damaged when tested in accordance with 4.10. The product shall not have functional defects after the test. 3.11 Products with wheel and axle bonding requirements shall not fall off when tested in accordance with 4.11. 3.12 When a toy is tested in accordance with 4.12, its continuous action time shall not be less than 30 minutes. 3.13 Toys shall be subjected to the durability test of the electric mechanism for 1 hour continuously in accordance with 4.13. The test shall not fail. 3.14 The sound, light, movement, current, sticker decoration, etc. of electric toys shall comply with the requirements of individual product standards. 4 Test method 4.1 Relevant safety requirements shall be tested according to the method specified in GB6675. 4.2 Open the battery box cover of the product and check whether there is a battery polarity mark. Then put in and take out the battery to check whether it is convenient. 4.3 First check the mark on the switch of the toy, then put in the battery, and test it continuously for 50 cycles in the normal way, with turning the switch on and off as one cycle. Check whether it meets the requirements of 3.3. 4.4 Turn on the power and make the toy operate normally for 30 seconds. If the action cycle exceeds 30 seconds, one action cycle must be completed to check whether it meets the requirements of 3.4. 4.5 Turn on the power , make the toy move, then apply force to force it to stop quickly, but do not use too much force to damage the toy, do this three times, and check whether it meets the requirements of 3.5. 4.6 Connect the toy to the power supply, place it on a flat cement floor, and make it hit an obstacle to see if it can turn flexibly. With the center of the toy landing point as the center of the circle, draw a circle with a radius of 4 times the maximum length of the toy, connect the power supply, place the toy at the center of the circle, and make it move for 30 seconds. Repeat three times to check whether it meets the requirements of 3.6. 4.7 As shown in Figure 1, connect the toy sample to the power supply and place it on the plywood to walk for 30cm. Repeat three times to check whether it meets the requirements of 3.7. 4.8 Turn on the power supply, as shown in Figure 2, make the toy walk 50cm on the plane, and then make it walk 50cm on the inclined surface of the plywood inclined by 15. Repeat this three times to check whether it meets the requirements of 3.8. 50cm TYKAoNiKAca- QB/T2362-98 4.9 Turn on the power, as shown in Figure 3, and make the toy run in a straight line on a flat cement floor. After it stops, measure the running distance and calculate the deviation according to the following formula. Where: p Deviation: S—the vertical distance of a sample from the straight line, m: L-the vertical distance of the sample from the starting point, m. The above test should be repeated three times and the average value is taken. Check whether it meets the requirements of 3.9. 4.10 Fix the wire 50cm away from the outlet of the toy control wire, as shown in Figure 4. If the length of the recommended wire is less than 50cm, fix the end of the wire and let the toy fall naturally from there. Repeat three times and check whether it meets the requirements of 3.10. 4.11 Fix the toy, clamp the wheels with a special clamp, and use a spring balance to gradually apply a tensile force of 90N along the axis within 5s, hold for 10s, then remove the toy and check whether it meets the requirements of 3.11. 4.12 Install new dry batteries within 6 months of leaving the factory into the toy, connect the power supply, make it operate on the test ground, and check whether it meets the requirements of 3.12. 4.13·Hang the toy in the air, power it at the specified voltage, make it operate continuously for 1h, and check whether it meets the requirements of 3.13. 3 Wire length <50cm QB/T2362-98 Hanging point Falling direction Hanging point TKAONIKACa Wire length>50cm Falling direction People's Republic of China Light Industry Standard General Technical Conditions for Electric Toys QB /T2362-98 Published by China Light Industry Press Editorial Committee of Light Industry Standardization Editorial Address: No. 12 Guanghua Road, Chaowai District, Beijing Postal Code: 100020 Tel: (010) 650600222309 All rights reserved.
