6 Inspection specification

6,! Each batch of finished products of acetic acid shall be inspected by the production inspection department to ensure that all products leaving the factory meet the requirements of this standard. Each batch of factory products should have a quality certificate, including the manufacturer name, product name, trademark, ex-factory date, batch number, weight, product quality certification and this standard number. 6.2 The acceptance unit has the right to check whether the received product quality meets the requirements of this standard according to the original standard provisions. One batch shall be accepted once, and different batches shall be accepted separately. 3. For the packaging unit of a batch of 10 barrels (approximately), two barrels (bottles) shall be selected, and for the packaging unit of 1 barrel (bottle) or more, three barrels (bottles) shall be selected. When the packaging is opened, the appearance shall be inspected for moisture and impurities, and then the sample shall be shaken to separate the moisture. Then, 50-100 ml of the sample shall be collected from each barrel (bottle) through a glass sampling tube, injected into a visual sampler, mixed, and then bagged into two clean glass bottles with ten seats. The bottles shall be marked with the following: manufacturer's certificate, product name, batch number, quantity and collection date. One bottle shall be used for inspection, and the other shall be retained for future reference.
6.4 If any indicator of the collection result does not meet the requirements of this section, the production may be suspended. The factory will take samples for inspection. If the inspection results still show unqualified indicators, the batch of products cannot be accepted. 6.5 When the supplier and the supplier have objections to the product quality, the supplier and the supplier may call on the designated inspection agency to make a decision, and the supplier shall be responsible for the cost.
6.6 Color, aroma, acidity, enzyme content, optical density and micro-volume are factory inspection indicators. Relative density and solubility are type inspection indicators, which shall be inspected manually. Marking, packaging, transportation inspection and storage
