4.1 Chemical composition
4.1.1 The chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy plates shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3620. When the purchaser retests, the allowable deviation of the chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of G/T3620.
4.1.2 TA7 plates with an oxygen content of less than 0.15% can be supplied, but this should be indicated in the contract. 4.2 Allowable deviation of size
4.2.1 The allowable deviation of plate thickness shall comply with the provisions of Table 2, and the allowable deviation of width and length shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. Table 2

4.3.2When the purchaser requires and specifies in the contract, the longitudinal room temperature mechanical properties of the plate may be measured and shall comply with the provisions of Table 5. 4.3.3When the purchaser requires and specifies in the contract, the high temperature mechanical properties of the plate shall comply with the provisions of Table 6. The test temperature shall be specified in the contract.
4.3.4Table 5 For plates of other specifications not listed in the above, and plates delivered in RY state, when the purchaser requires and specifies in the contract, the room temperature and high temperature mechanical properties shall be reported as actual measured data. Table 6

4.5.2 Slight darkening and local water marks are allowed on the surface of the plate; local scratches, indentations, pits and other defects that do not exceed half of the thickness tolerance are allowed, but the minimum thickness should be guaranteed. 4.5.3 The plate surface is not allowed to have macroscopic defects such as cracks, peeling, oxide scale, folding, metal and non-metal inclusions, and traces of over-alkali washing. 4.5.4 Plates are allowed to remove local defects along the rolling direction, but the thickness of the plate after removal shall not be less than the minimum allowable thickness. 4.5.5 When there are special requirements for surface quality, the supply can be negotiated by the supply and demand parties. 4.6 Other requirements
Plates should not be delaminated.
5 Test methods
5.1 Chemical composition arbitration analysis method
GB/T 3621-94
The chemical composition arbitration analysis of the plate shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T4698. 5.2 Mechanical properties test method
5.2.1 The room temperature tensile test of the plate shall be carried out in accordance with GB228. For plates with a thickness not exceeding 6.0mm, the P1 and P2 specimens in GB6397 shall be selected; for plates with a thickness exceeding 6.0mm, the R7 specimen in GB6397 shall be selected. 5.2.2 The high temperature tensile test of the plate shall be carried out in accordance with GB4338. 5.2.3 The high temperature tensile endurance test of the plate shall be carried out in accordance with GB6395. 5.3T. Technological properties test method
The bending test of the plate shall be carried out in accordance with GB232. A 15mm wide specimen shall be used, and the bending core diameter shall be 3 times the plate thickness. 5.4 Dimension measurement method
The plate thickness shall be measured at a distance of not less than 100mm from the top corner and not less than 10mm from the edge. The thickness, length and unevenness of the plate shall be measured with measuring tools of corresponding accuracy.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection and acceptance
6.1.1 The plate shall be inspected by the supplier's technical supervision department to ensure that the product quality complies with the provisions of this standard and fill in the quality certificate. 6.1.2 The buyer shall inspect the received products according to the provisions of this standard. If the inspection results do not comply with the provisions of this standard, the buyer shall report to the supplier within 3 months from the date of receipt of the product, and the supplier and buyer shall negotiate to resolve the problem. 6.2 Batching
Plates shall be submitted for inspection in batches. Each batch shall consist of products with the same brand, melting furnace number, thickness specification, manufacturing method, state, and the same heat treatment furnace (batch).
6.3 Inspection Item H
Each batch of plates shall be inspected for chemical composition, dimensional deviation, mechanical properties, process properties and surface quality. 6.4 Sampling Location and Sampling Quantity
6.4.1 Take one sample from each batch of plates for hydrogen content analysis, and other components shall be reported as the analysis results of the casting chain. 6.4.2 Mechanical and process properties test, take two sheets from each batch of plates, and take one transverse sample from each sheet according to the test items. When the purchaser requires and specifies in the contract, take one longitudinal room temperature tensile sample from each sheet. 6.5 Repeated test
In the tests of chemical composition, mechanical properties and process properties, if one sample fails the test result, take double samples from the batch of plates (including the original tested plates) to re-test the unqualified item. If one sample still fails the re-test result, the whole batch of plates shall be scrapped, or the unqualified items shall be re-tested sheet by sheet, and the qualified ones shall be re-grouped for acceptance. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Product marking
The following markings (or labels) should be placed on the inspected boards: a. Inspection stamp of the supplier's technical supervision department;
Noodles, brand name;
c. Supply status;
d. Batch number.
7.2 Packaging, packaging marking, transportation and storage The packaging, packaging marking, transportation and storage of products should comply with the provisions of GB8180. 354
Quality certificate
Each batch of plates shall be accompanied by a quality certificate, indicating: a.
Name of supplier;
Product name;
Product brand, specification and status;
Smelting furnace number, batch number, batch weight and number of pieces; various analysis and test results specified in GB/T 3621-94
