5 Test method
5.1 Appearance inspection: Visual inspection under Baoran light. GB 10440-89
5.2 The sample shall be tested in an environment with a temperature of 20±2°C and a relative humidity of (65±5)%, with a pretreatment equilibrium time of not less than 24 hours and tested under these conditions.
5.3 Check the tightness of the plastic cover: Seal the end of the aluminum foil and make a hole slightly larger than the code in the center, then press the empty can with the plastic cover upside down on a flat plate, and then remove it from the At the other end, place the code with the values ??listed in Table 3 on the center of the plastic cover, hold the upper part of the empty can and slowly lift it up. The plastic cover is considered qualified if it does not fall off. Table 3

5.4.1 Testing device: pressure testing machine, The measurement value should be accurate to ±1% of the minimum crushing load of the sample, and the vertical movement speed of the pressure plate should be 10 ± 3mm/min.
5.4.2 The composite cans tested should be empty cans with metal lids sealed at both ends, and no less than 3 pieces should be measured for each test. 5.4.3 Data processing: Test the maximum force when the specimen is axially compressed until it loses its bearing capacity, and calculate its arithmetic mean value. 5.5 Determination of end cap detachment force:

5.6.2.31
Inflate the sample so that the pressure reaches 40% to 50% of the pre-estimated end cap separation pressure. 5.6.2.4 Completely immerse the inflated tank into the water tank filled with water and record the duration of the test. 5.6.2.5 Stay in the water for 60 seconds. If bubbles continuously form and escape, it will be judged as a leaking tank. 5.7 Drop test: The bottom plane drop test is carried out according to the provisions of GB4857.5. Each sample is tested once, and each test cannot be less than three pieces.
