The brand itself consists of three parts. 3.1.2 The first part: Use Arabic numerals 1, 2, and 3 to indicate the base type. 1-Nickel base: 2-Cobalt base: 3-Iron base. 3.1.3 The second part: Use one Arabic numeral to indicate the spray-welding method. 1-Oxygen-acetylene flame spray welding: 2-Plasma spray welding. 3.1.4 The third part: Use two Arabic numerals to indicate the reference value of the hardness of the spray-welded layer. Among them, the chemical composition, hardness of the spray-welded layer and particle size are the assessment indicators and quality inspection basis, and the oxygen content and melting point are not used as the quality inspection basis. 4.2 The particle size of the powder shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. If the user has special requirements, the supply and demand parties shall negotiate. 4.4 The powder appearance should be metallic and should not be damp, deteriorated or contain rust, oil, etc. 5 Test methods and inspection rules 5.1 Test methods 70-300 50-106 The chemical composition, particle size and hardness of the spray-welded layer of the alloy powder shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of JB/T3168.2 and JB/T3168.3. 5.2 Inspection rules 5.2.1 Before leaving the factory, the powder must be inspected for chemical composition, weld layer hardness and particle size according to the batch number. The qualified batch shall not be less than 200kg5.2.2 When inspecting the powder, 5 samples shall be taken from different places of the same batch of powder, with a total weight of not less than 2kg, and then mixed evenly after merging, and then reduced to the required amount by the doubling method. When inspecting the chemical composition, it is recommended to use a powder sample with a particle size of 70~100μm. 5.2.3 If there are powders that do not meet the requirements of this standard after inspection, they should be re-inspected in double according to the above rules.
