The thickness deviation is ±15% or ±0.01mm. The larger absolute value of the two is selected as the allowable deviation. Appearance Appearance is observed by eyes 5.2 Dimensions 5.2.1 Width The width is measured with a steel ruler with a graduation value of 0.5mm. 5.2.2 Length The length is measured with a meter or a steel ruler accurate to 1cm. 5.2.3 Thickness The thickness is measured according to the method in Chapter 4 of JB/T5970. 5.3 Electrolytic corrosion The sample is treated at 23±2℃ and relative humidity of 91%~95% for 24 hours and then tested according to the method in Chapter 5 of JB/T5970. 5.4 Long-term heat resistance The temperature index of the material is determined according to the method in Chapter 8 of JB/T5970. The aging temperature is recommended as follows; Type 1 adhesive tape: 170, 190, 210℃; Type 2 adhesive tape: 200, 225, 250℃; For fruit use Failure standard: electrical strength 20MV/m, calculated based on original thickness: mass loss rate 20% Tensile strength Tested according to JB/T5970 Chapter 10 Adhesion to steel plate and adhesion to substrate 5.6 Tested according to JB/T5970 Chapter 11 Adhesion to substrate after immersion in liquid JB/T5659-1991 The liquid for immersing the sample is a mixture of 75% n-hexane and 25% toluene, tested according to JB/T5970 Chapter 12. 5.8 Electrical strength Tested according to JB/T5970 Chapter 13. Warping Tested according to the method in Chapter 17 of JB/T5970. The heat treatment temperature and time of the sample shall be provided by the manufacturer. 5.10 Adhesion after heat treatment Tested according to the method in Article 9.2 of JB/T5970. The heat treatment temperature and time of the sample shall be provided by the manufacturer. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 The recommended factory inspection items are 4, 5, and 7 items in Table 1 of Articles 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 of this standard. 6.2 The determined product temperature index is always valid when the composition and manufacturing process are not changed. Others shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 6 of JB/T5970. 6.3 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage Should comply with the provisions of JB/T5969 on marking, packaging, transportation and storage. The storage temperature and relative humidity limits are the maximum values caused by climate change rather than the highest conditions allowed for continuous storage.
