The flow rate is within the rated processing capacity range and the drum reaches the rated speed. 3.2 Rated processing capacity The amount of mother liquor passing through the separator per unit time under rated working conditions. 3.3 Yeast liquid concentration The mass of dry yeast contained in unit volume of yeast liquid. 4 Type and basic parameters Product model The method of indicating the model of the separator shall comply with the provisions of GB7781. 4.2 Structural type The separator is divided into the following three types according to the direction of the drum nozzle discharge: drum side nozzle discharge type (see Figure 1): a. Drum diameter reduction nozzle discharge type (see Figure 2): b. Inner nozzle discharge type (see Figure 3). According to the process diagram shown in Figure 4, after the primary separation of the separator, the concentration rises from 10~15g/L to 30~50g/L, and the light liquid contains no more than 30 million yeasts/mL. 5.4 Safety, sanitation and environmental protection requirements 5.4.1 In addition to complying with the provisions of this standard, the safety, sanitation and environmental protection requirements of the separator should also comply with the provisions of Article 3.4 of GB10897. Www.bzxZ.net 5.4.2 The matching motor and electrical control box of the separator should meet the requirements of the working environment and operating conditions specified by the separator, and comply with the provisions of GB755 and GB1497. 5.4.3 Under rated working conditions, the noise sound power level of the separator should not exceed 105dB(A). 5.5 Appearance quality requirements The appearance quality requirements of the separator should comply with the provisions of Article 3.5 of GB10897. 5.6 Material requirements The materials used in the separator shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.6 of GB10897. 5.7 Manufacturing process requirements The manufacturing process requirements of the separator shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.7 of GB10897. 3 The light liquid contains ≤0.30 billion yeasts/mL 6 Test methods and inspection rules JB/T7242~-94 Yeast liquid concentration 10~15g/L Temperature 15~40C, pressure 0.04~0.16MPa/DPI Concentrated liquid 30~50g/L Heat-clearing and steaming Water, water and air Figure 4 Process diagram 6.1 The mechanical performance test method of the separator shall comply with the provisions of GB10898. 6.2 The performance test of the separator for separating yeast shall be subject to the following provisions. 6.2.1 The performance test of separated yeast liquid shall be carried out in the yeast production plant. 6.2.2 When the separator is working, the feed concentration, pressure, flow and concentrate concentration and flushing liquid flow shall be measured regularly, and the light liquid bacterial content shall be randomly sampled and checked, which shall meet the requirements. The measurement method shall be in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A of JB/T5287.1. 6.2.3 The test of the separator shall comply with the provisions of Figure 4, and the effect of primary separation under rated conditions shall meet the requirements of Article 5.3.2. 6.3 The factory inspection and type inspection of the separator shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB10897. Marking, packaging, transportation and purchase and storage The marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the separator shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 5 of GB10897 and GB/T13384. 8 Quality Assurance Period If the user complies with the maintenance and use rules, within 12 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, if the separator is damaged or fails to work properly due to poor manufacturing, the manufacturer shall be responsible for repairing or replacing it free of charge (excluding wearing parts).
