3.1 Basic provisions
3.1.1 The design, manufacture, installation and use of racing cars shall comply with the relevant provisions of this standard and GB8408. 3.1.2 Main parameters of racing cars
a) The speed shall comply with the provisions of Table 2 of 4.1.2 of GB8408—2000; approved by the State Administration of Weight and Material Technology on July 31, 2000

3.1.3 The rated load is calculated based on 70km per person. GB 18162- 2000
3.1.4 The bearings and contact surfaces with relative motion should have lubrication measures and be easy to add lubricants. No oil droplets are allowed. The parts without relative motion should not be oiled.
3.1.5 The surface temperature rise of rolling bearings should not exceed 30℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 65℃. The temperature rise of sliding bearings should not exceed 35℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 70℃. After the heat is stable under the rated load, the test should be carried out. 3.1.6 The racing car should run normally, and no creeping, abnormal vibration, impact, heat and sound are allowed. 3-1.7 The parts of the racing car should have sufficient strength and rigidity, and their connections should be firm and reliable. 3.1.8 The allowable values ​​of wear and corrosion of important shafts and pins should comply with the provisions of Table 11 of Article 7.12 of GB8408-2000. 3.1.9 The materials of important parts must have factory certificates. Otherwise, samples should be taken for testing. Their chemical composition and mechanical properties should meet relevant standards.
3.1.10 Standard electromechanical equipment should be reasonably selected and should have product certificates. Non-standard electromechanical equipment must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department before it can be used.
3.1.11 FRP parts
a) No defects such as poor filling, bubbles, stratification of cutting surface, uneven thickness, etc. are allowed; b) The surface is not allowed to have cracks, damage, obvious repair marks, cloth texture, wrinkles, unevenness, inconsistent color, etc. The transition at the corner should be smooth

4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 All new products, products that have been transferred to production, and products with major improvements should be tested in accordance with this standard before leaving the factory. 4.1.2 Formal product identification, production license issuance, quality supervision spot check and safety inspection shall be conducted in accordance with this standard. According to different test purposes, the number of test items may be increased or decreased. 4.2 Test conditions
4.2.1 The wind speed during the test shall not exceed 8 m/s. 4.2.2 If there are no special requirements, the ambient temperature during the test is generally between -10 and 35°C. The relative humidity of the environment shall not exceed 85%. 4.2.3 The error between the test load and its rated value shall not exceed 2%. 4.2.4 The production unit shall provide the inspection data, records, drawings and technical documents of the products, and the various tests specified in this standard shall be carried out only after the inspection department confirms the qualification.
4.2.5 For racing cars with special requirements, additional test items may be considered. 4.2.6 During the test, technical maintenance shall be carried out according to the instruction manual, and the technical status of each part shall remain normal. 4.3 Test instruments and measuring tools
4.3.1 According to the test requirements, select test instruments and measuring tools with corresponding accuracy. 4.3.2 The instruments, meters and other measuring tools used for the test must be qualified by the statutory metrology department and must be checked and calibrated before and after the test. The conversion element should be calibrated before and after the test, and its deviation must be within the specified range. 4.4 The safety device detection shall comply with the provisions of Section 3.7 of this standard. 4.5 The car, vehicle, platform and safety shed, mechanical transmission system, appearance and painting of the racing car shall comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 3 of this standard.
4.6 Test method and parameter determination
4.6.1 Test continuously for 10 days according to actual working conditions, 8 hours a day. 4.6-2 Before the test, the piece shall be inspected item by item according to the technical conditions. 4.7 Test of mechanical properties of solid wheel rubber
The tearing strength test of the rubber and iron core of the solid wheel shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T11211, and its rubber properties shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of GB/T528GB/T531 and GB/T1689. 4.B Non-photographic flaw detection

4.8.3 Ultrasonic flaw detection method and quality assessment shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T4162, and the inspection quality level shall not be lower than Grade A. 4.8.4 Magnetic particle flaw detection method and quality assessment shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of JB4730, and the inspection quality level shall not be lower than Grade A. 4.8.5 Penetrant flaw detection method and quality assessment shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of IB4730, and the inspection quality level shall not be lower than Grade B. 4.9 Disassembly inspection requirements
Disassembly inspection shall be carried out on the problematic parts of the equipment, and the disassembly inspection shall be recorded in detail. The problems found shall be studied in a timely manner to determine the causes. Records can be made in the form of text and photographs.
4.10 Test report
After each test is completed, a test report with clear conclusions and compliance with standards shall be prepared. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Racing cars shall be randomly sampled from the inspection batch. 5.2 Product inspection adopts the GB/T 2828 single sampling plan, with an acceptable quality level (AQL) of 4.0 and a general inspection level of I. 5.3 The batch sampling sample size and its inspection criteria shall comply with the provisions of Table 3.
