Performance tests and production tests shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5166. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Each baler leaving the factory must be inspected and qualified by the quality management department of the manufacturer, and can only leave the factory with a product quality certificate. 6.2 Factory inspection
6.2.1 Before leaving the factory, each product should be tested for idling. First, the machine should be operated at a low speed for 10 minutes (the piston reciprocates about 50 times/min), and then gradually accelerated to the rated speed for 20 minutes. The following requirements should be met: a. Normal start-up and smooth operation;
b. The fasteners must not be loose;
c. The operating system is accurate and reliable.
JB/T 5156—1991
6.2.2 According to the provisions of 4.3.6, 4.4.2, 4.4.3, 4.4.5 and 4.5.2 of this standard, each item should be inspected and the requirements should be met. 6.2.3 The baler is running at rated speed without using the clutch, and all knots should be tied 10 times. 6.2.4 Each item in the factory inspection should be qualified. If one item is unqualified, it can be repaired. If it is still unqualified, it is not allowed to leave the factory. 6.3 Type inspection
