Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China HG/T2440-93 Rubber or plastic coated fabric Technical conditions for flexure wear testing machinewwW.bzxz.Net Published on June 14, 1993 Implementation on January 1, 1994 Published by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China Free download of various US standard industry materials Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Technical conditions for flexure wear testing machine for rubber or plastic coated fabric Subject content and applicable scope HG/T2440-93 This standard specifies the basic structure, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of flexure wear testing machine for rubber or plastic coated fabric. This standard applies to flexure wear testing machine for rubber or plastic coated fabric (hereinafter referred to as testing machine) 2 Reference standard HG/T2382 General technical conditions for rubber testing instruments and equipment 3 Basic structure and main parameters of the testing machine 3.1° Structure The testing machine consists of a friction mechanism and a drive mechanism. The flexion friction mechanism is mainly composed of two parallel clamps and a pressure plate. The two clamps can alternately perform reverse and constant speed reciprocating motions on a plane perpendicular to the pressure plate. The pressure plate should press the flexion part of the sample to make it contact with the bottom plate (see Figure 1 and Figure 2). The testing machine should be equipped with a counter and a timed stop device, and a manual crank should also be provided to ensure that the two clamps are aligned before the sample is clamped. 12±0.3 Figure 1 Top view of the fixture P—Lower clamp shoulder 1993-06-14 approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China C—Reference mark 1994-01-01 implementation co Various standards industry information free download —Lower clamp plate HG/T2440-93 Figure 2 Grinding device view 2--Press plate on fixture Figure 3 Press plate 1-Press plate guide system 2-Press plate 3-Press plate 4-Bottom plate G Medical plate center of gravity 32 Main parameters 32.1 The length of the press plate is 100±1mm, the width is 10±0.2mm, and the edge of the press plate should have a chamfer with a curvature radius of 1±0.1mm. The center line of the press plate should be aligned with the gap between the two fixtures and the center line E of the bottom plate (see Figure 2) so that the press plate cannot contact the fixture. The pressing plate should be able to move up and down along the center line A and rotate around the center of gravity G (as shown in B in Figure 3). 3.2.2 The fixture consists of an upper and lower clamping plate (see Figures 1 and 2). The lower clamping plate 1 has a convex room P for positioning the sample, so that the short side of the sample is 27.5-%.2mm from the edge of the clamp. The lower clamping plate should also have two reference marks C, which are parallel and symmetrical to the center line F (see Figures 1 and 2). The upper clamping plate 2 is used to press the sample. In order to avoid cutting the sample, the edges of the upper and lower clamping plates should have a chamfer with a curvature radius of 1±0.1mm. Both the upper and lower clamping plates should ensure that the sample cannot slide during the test. 3.2.3 All surfaces of components in contact with the sample (except the clamping surface of the clamp) should be polished with a surface roughness Ra of 0.4μm. 4 Technical requirements 4.1 Working conditions of positive belt Information. Ambient temperature: 5~40; b. Relative humidity: less than 85%: mmt.bzeos ccoAll kinds of standard industry information are free to download c. There is no corrosive medium around: d. Placed on a stable workbench, 4.2 Dimensions and characteristics of friction mechanism HG/T2440-93 The distance between the fixtures is 12±0.3mm; b, the distance between the upper surface of the lower clamping plate and the bottom plate should be adjustable to 6±0.1mm or 3±0.1mmc. The stroke of the fixture is 40±1mm; d. The movement frequency of the fixture is 2.25±0.5Hz (each time it passes the center line of the fixture, it is counted as one friction). Note: Most counters only count one round trip of the fixture, that is, two frictions, as one time due to the transmission method. In this case, the number displayed by the counter should be multiplied by 2 to obtain the number of frictions. 4.3 Gap deviation between the pressure plate and the end face of the fixture The gap deviation between the pressure plate and the end face of the fixture is ±0.2mm. 4.4 Load The load applied by the pressure plate is 5±0.1N or 10±0.2N. 4.5 Basic requirements, appearance, noise The basic requirements, appearance quality, and noise index of the testing machine shall all comply with the provisions of HG/T2382. 4.6 Transport bump resistance The testing machine shall be able to withstand the transport bump test without damage under the condition of complete packaging. After the test, the testing machine shall fully comply with the requirements of this standard without adjustment. 5 Test method 5.1 Test conditions The test shall be carried out under the conditions specified in Article 4.1 of this standard. 5.2. Tools, measuring tools and instruments for the test 8. Caliper, accuracy of 0.02mm; b. Stopwatch, accuracy of 0.1s; Force measuring device, accuracy of 1%; d. Feeler gauge, accuracy of 0.05mm; e. Sound level meter. 5.3 Check of distance between fixtures and distance between fixture and bottom plate Use caliper to measure distance between fixtures, use depth caliper to measure distance between upper surface of lower fixture and bottom plate, the size shall meet the requirements of 4.2a and 4.2b. 5.4 Check of stroke Use manual crank to move fixture, use caliper to measure stroke of fixture, the result shall meet the requirements of 4.2c. 5.5 Check of rate Start testing machine and use stopwatch to measure number of reciprocating times of fixture within specified time, then calculate its motion rate, the result shall meet the requirements of 4.2d. 5.6 Check of gap deviation between pressure plate and end face of fixture Use feeler gauge to measure gap between pressure plate and end face of fixture, the deviation shall meet the requirements of 4.3. 5.7 Load inspection Use a force measuring device to measure the load applied to the flexed and frictional part by the pressure rod. The measurement result shall comply with the provisions of 4.4. 5.8 Basic requirements and appearance quality of the test machine. The inspection of the test disk, sudden sound test and transportation bump test shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of HG/T2382. 6 Inspection rules HG/T2440-93 Each test machine shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and shall be shipped only after it has a product certificate. 61 Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. Factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 4.2 to 4.5 of this standard. Type inspection shall be carried out by sampling in accordance with Articles 4.2 to 4.6 of this standard. 6.2 The test machine shall be subjected to type inspection under the relevant conditions specified in HG/T2382. 6.3 The sampling and judgment rules for type inspection shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of HG/T2382. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage The marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the testing machine shall comply with the relevant provisions of HG/T2382. 8 Drive machine documents The types and storage of the random documents of the testing machine shall comply with the provisions of HG/T2382.
