Table 1 is complete)
4.4 The paper surface should be flat, and the surface photosensitive layer of the paper should be evenly coated. No white spots, spots, folds, wrinkles, or drug stains are allowed. 4.5 When copying the paper, the lines should be clear (2mm2 small characters and 0.1mm lines can be clearly observed by the naked eye). Blue line
4.6 The length of the paper before and after the joint should not be less than 10m. Every time a joint appears, 1m should be added to the paper roll. The joints should be neat and marked. 4.7 The shelf life of the paper before development should be no less than 6 months (moisture should be strictly controlled). 4.8 The following conditions may be classified as second-class products, but no more than two conditions may be found at the same time. a) Uneven coating, but the base color is still clear after exposure; b) White spots no larger than 1 cm2 on the paper surface, spots (measured by the maximum length) within three within 1m2, but no more than 50 per roll of 100m;
c) Dark streaks on the paper surface are no longer than 15cm, no wider than 3cm, and no more than 3 per roll of 100m; d) There are cracks within 5mm in width and drug ulcers within 1cm on one side of the paper; e) The number of joints per roll of paper is no more than two. 5 Test methods
5.1 The sampling of samples shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T450. 5.2 The processing of samples shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T10739. 5.3 Determination of photosensitive speed
5.3.1 Instruments
a) 10 cyan fluorescent lamps (20W, illumination 25001x±1001x, temperature 35℃~40℃); b) elastic paper press;
c) opaque board;
d) stopwatch;
e) ammonia fumigation.
5.3.2 Test steps
Put the paper with the drug coating side down and measure it with the following method. Put an opaque board (such as black cardboard, thin iron plate, etc.) between the light source and the drug, move it outward about 15cm every 5s, and then carry out ammonia fumigation to determine the photosensitive speed in seconds. 5.4 Determination of maximum density of color
Take two (folded in half) 100mm×100mm paper samples that are completely unexposed and fully developed, and use a densitometer to measure the density values of five points on the diagonal line. The arithmetic mean is taken as the maximum density of the paper. 5.5 Determination of color fastness
5.5.1 Instrument
One ultraviolet lamp (30W, voltage 220V) is placed in a metal lampshade painted with white paint. 5.5.2 Test steps
QB/T2205—1996
Take a 40mm×80mm ammonia-fumigated sample, cover half of the sample with black opaque paper, and place it under the ultraviolet lamp. The distance between the lamp and the paper surface is 20mm. The ultraviolet light directly irradiates the other half of the sample. After irradiation for 48 hours, measure the density of the irradiated part and the unirradiated part at the same time to compare and see the decrease number.
5.6 Determination of color water fastness
Take a 50mm×50mm ammonia-fumigated sample, place it in 20℃ tap water, soak it for 5 minutes, then take it out, use filter paper to absorb the surface moisture, measure its density and compare it with the unsoaked paper sample to see the decrease number. 5.7 Whiteness shall be measured according to GB/T8940.1 or GB/T7974. During arbitration, it shall be measured according to GB/T7974. 5.8 Folding resistance shall be measured according to GB/T457. 5.9 Determination of development speed
Take a 30mm×150mm paper sample and clamp it with a clip and place it in a specimen bottle (clip length 35mm, bottle diameter 120mm, length 300mm), fill the bottle with 100mL of 25% nitrogen water, maintain the temperature of the ammonia water (water bath insulation) at (40±1)℃, measure the time of complete coupling (i.e. the time when the yellow paper turns completely blue), take the arithmetic mean of 5 paper samples, and add 3.5mL of ammonia water after measuring 10 paper samples. 5.10 Determination of curl
Take two 300mm (vertical)×200mm (horizontal) paper samples and fully develop them. After balancing for 30 minutes in an environment with normal room temperature and relative humidity of 50%~~60%, test them. Place the two paper samples on a flat surface, one facing up and the other facing down, measure and record the maximum arch of any part of the paper sample from the plane, expressed in millimeters, and indicate the direction of curling. 5.11 Take out a paper sample with a width of 20cm and a full length from the paper roll produced in the workshop, roll it up tightly, wrap it (the packaging method is the same as that of the large roll), and place it in a constant humidity box or aging instrument at a temperature of (40±1)℃ and a relative humidity of 80%. If there is no change for three days and three nights, it is considered to be qualified for the shelf life. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 The supplier shall ensure that the product meets the requirements of this standard, and a product quality certificate shall be attached when delivering the product. 6.2 The number of deliveries at one time is considered as a batch, but it shall not exceed 90 boxes. 6.3 The sampling for delivery inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828, and the sample unit is box.
