HG/T2047-91
This standard specifies the technical requirements, sealing performance, testing, installation and use requirements of the main parts of the steam rotary joint mechanical seal (hereinafter referred to as the steam rotary joint) for soda ash steam burners with a steam shaft pressure not exceeding 3.5MPa, a temperature not exceeding 350℃, a speed not exceeding 10r/min, and an outer diameter of the shaft (or sleeve) not exceeding 450mm for the steam rotary joint mechanical seal for soda ash steam burners with a steam shaft pressure not exceeding 3.5MPa, a temperature not exceeding 350℃, a speed not exceeding 10r/min, and an outer diameter of the shaft (or sleeve) not exceeding 450mm. This standard applies to the design, manufacture, inspection and acceptance of steam rotary joints and other similar mechanical rotary joints. 2. Reference standards

3 Technical requirements for main parts
3.1 The sealing end faces of the stationary ring and the rotating ring are flat, and their roughness Ra: when the outer diameter of the end face is greater than 200mm, the maximum allowable value is 0.8μm; when the outer diameter of the end face is less than 200mm, the maximum allowable value is 0.4μm, and the flatness is in accordance with the second-level accuracy requirements in GB1184. When the sealing end face is a spherical surface, the maximum allowable value of the surface roughness Ra of the spherical surface is 0.8um. 3.2 The geometric tolerances of the friction surface of the stationary ring and the rotating ring and the contact surface of the auxiliary sealing ring shall comply with the 7-level accuracy requirements of GB1184. 3.3 When the sealing surface of the floating spacer ring is a spherical surface, the maximum allowable value of the surface roughness Ra is 0.8μm. 3.4 When the operating temperature is greater than 200C, the graphite ring needs to be treated with a high-temperature process, that is, placed at the working temperature for 4 hours, and then steam tested. The test pressure is the working pressure, and there should be no leakage for 30 minutes. 3.5 The tolerance values of the inner diameter, outer diameter, free height, working load, and verticality of the center line of the spring and the two end faces of the spring shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ22004. In a group of springs, the free height difference of each spring is less than .1mm. 3.6 The inner hole tolerance of the spring seat and the transmission seat is F9, and the maximum allowable value of the surface roughness Ra is 3.2um. 3.7 Technical requirements for rubber O-rings shall be in accordance with the provisions of ZBJ22002. 3.8 The coaxiality of the inner and outer surfaces of the polytetrafluoroethylene mold ring shall be in accordance with the first-grade tolerance of GB11.84, and the maximum allowable value of the surface roughness Ra is 0.8μm.
4 Test of steam rotary joints
4.1· Steam rotary joints should be subjected to a water pressure test piece by piece before leaving the factory. The test positive force shall be 1.5 times the working pressure, and there should be no leakage within 30 minutes.
4.2 The steam rotary joint shall be subjected to a dynamic leakage test. The test medium shall be water, nitrogen or compressed air, the test pressure shall be 0.3MPa, the speed shall be the working speed, and the pressure shall be maintained for 60 minutes without leakage. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on July 6, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992
5 Performance requirements for steam rotary joints
HG/T2047-91
5.1 The manufacturing, processing and acceptance of pressure-bearing parts shall be in accordance with GB150. 5.2 Leakage: There shall be no obvious continuous steaming at the air inlet end (sealing steam). Gas outlet (sealing cooling water and steam): when the shaft outer diameter is greater than 120mm, the maximum allowable value of the leakage disk is 10mL/h; when the shaft outer diameter is less than 120mm, the maximum allowable value of the leakage is 8mL/h
5.3 Wear: The wear of the sealing end faces of the rotating ring, stationary ring, floating spacer ring, etc. must meet the service life requirements of the equipment. The wear of soft materials should not be greater than 0.03mm after 100h of operation. 5.4 Under the conditions of reasonable design and selection, correct installation and use, the service life of the steam rotary joint is generally not less than 1 year. 6.1 The rotary joint should be installed at the same slope as the furnace body, and the support and suspension device should be adjusted to make it rotate flexibly to ensure that the up and down runout and the expansion of the axial pad can be compensated. 6.2 Requirements for the installation of the steam rotary joint 6.2.1 The inner and outer surfaces of the steam shaft (or the shaft with a rotating ring) must be forged with nickel or chromium, with a coating depth of 0.05~0.12mm, uniform coating, an outer diameter tolerance of h8, and a maximum allowable surface roughness Ra of 1.6um. 6.2.2 Radial runout of any part of the steam shaft at room temperature: when the shaft diameter is less than 120mm, the maximum allowable runout is 0.5mm; when the shaft diameter is greater than 120mm, the maximum allowable runout is 1mm. 6.2.3 Install the shaft end of the auxiliary sealing ring as shown in Figure 1. Figure 1
6.3 The surface runout of the sealing cavity and the sealing end cover combined with the positioning end face to the shaft: when the shaft diameter is less than 120mm, the maximum allowable runout is 0.3mm; when the shaft diameter is greater than 120mm, the maximum allowable runout is 0.5mm6.4 Requirements for installing the stationary ringbzxZ.net
