3 Terminology
3.1 Twist-off comfort bottle cap: Made of aluminum material, after packaging, it cannot be restored to its original packaging shape after twisting off. 3.2 Embedding: The liner is a separate system, used for "or machine-made" embedding into the cap. 3.3 Drop-molded liner: The liner material is injected into the bottle cap and evenly distributed around it by a certain method. 5 Technical requirements
5.1 The dimensions of the bottle caps are as specified in Table 1 and Table 2. 5.2 Appearance quality

5.2.1 The shape of the bottle cap is complete. There is a cushion, the depth of the surface dent is not more than 0.5mm, the area is not more than 2mm×3mm, and the dent position does not exceed 3.
5.2.2 The surface is smooth and free of dirt, and the coating film is free of scratches. 5.2.3 The printing color of the bottle cap is distinct and clear, and the position deviation of the pattern center of the top surface printing pattern to the center of the outer diameter of the bottle cap is within 0.8m. 5.2.4 There is no obvious burr on the mouth of the bottle cap.
5.3 Bottle cap liner
5.3.1 Embedded liner

5.7 Hygiene requirements
5.7.1 The material of the bottle cap pad (or pad surface) shall comply with the requirements of the corresponding hygiene standards. Torque

6.2.1 The appearance of the bottle cap shall be inspected by visual inspection and hand feeling. 6.2.2 The appearance of the coating shall be inspected by daily measurement.

6.4.1 Hardness of outer coating according to the provisions of GH6739: 6.4.2 Test of heat resistance of coating: Soak the bottle cap in 80C water for 10 minutes and observe. 6.5 Sealing performance test
6.5.1 Changle bottle cap test: In the bottle suitable for the bottle cap, fill the dyed alcohol with a swelling degree of 75% to the marked amount, install the bottle cap, and observe it inverted in clean water at room temperature for 8 hours.
6.5.2 Pressure bottle test: The bottle cap is sealed on the suitable bottle mouth, placed in a special sealing tester, and maintained at 800kPa pressure for 1 minute, and observe whether there is any bubble overflowing from the bottle mouth. 6.6 Opening performance test: The bottle cap is sealed on the suitable bottle mouth, and the torque when twisting off is measured on a special torque meter. 6.7 The hygienic index of the bottle cap pad (or liner surface) material shall be inspected according to GB5009.60, GB5009.67 and other relevant standards.>
Inspection rules
Bottle caps must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department and accompanied by a product inspection certificate before they can leave the factory. Bottle caps are subject to G2828: Second-time sample plan. Factory inspection: According to 1, 2, 3, 4.5, 11, 12 in Table 4. 7.3

7.4.2 Batches of products judged as Class B and Class C unqualified shall be shipped out of the factory after selection and re-inspection. 7.5 Type Inspection
7.5.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations: a.
New products to be trial-produced.
When the equipment is put into production again after major repairs or replacement of important parts and components. When the change of raw materials may affect the performance of the product. Production is suspended for more than six months.
Production is completed for one year.
When the national quality supervision and inspection agency proposes type inspection. Type inspection items are all items of this standard. The samples for type inspection shall be taken from the qualified products of factory inspection. If the type inspection fails, the production shall be improved and re-sampled. Production shall not be resumed until the new type inspection passes. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation, compensation and storage
8.1 Marking
8.1.1 The packaging box shall have: product name, specification, quantity, transportation and storage precautions, full name and address of the manufacturer. 8.1.2 The product inspection certificate shall be on or inside the packaging box. B.2 Packaging
8.2.1 The packaging of bottle caps shall be lined with plastic bags that meet food hygiene requirements. After the bottle caps are loaded, the plastic bags shall be sealed. 8.2.2 The outer packaging of bottle caps shall be corrugated cardboard. 8.3 Transportation
The product shall be covered during transportation and shall not be exposed to rain or other hazards. 8.4 Storage
The product shall be stored in a ventilated and dry place. It shall not be contaminated by vertical and corrosive substances. The bottom layer shall have a floor-heating insulation board. A1: For glass bottle sizes, see Figure A1 and Table A1d.
