3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard
Sensitive periodsensitive period
After the fertilization of the fish eggs, during the period of incubation accumulation temperature between 47℃ and 104℃, the embryo reacts sensitively to changes in the external environment. This period is called the sensitive period of embryonic development.
eyed egg
During the embryonic development of the fertilized egg, melanin is formed in the eye vesicle of the embryo. Two black eye spots can be clearly seen with the naked eye, which is the eye. The eggs from the appearance of the eye spots to the hatching are called eyed eggs. 3.3
pelagic postlarva
Floating juvenile fish
NY/T5161—2002
After the yolk sac is absorbed by two-thirds, the fry gradually start to swim upward from the bottom of the water. This behavior is called floating. The fry that floats up to open their mouths to eat are called floating juvenile fish. 4. Environmental conditions
Sufficient water. The water quality of the source water should comply with the provisions of GB11607, and the water quality of the aquaculture water should comply with the provisions of NY5051. The annual water temperature should be lower than 24℃.
5 Broodstock selection
5.1 Broodstock selection
5.1.1 Source
Broodstock should come from rainbow trout breeding farms confirmed by the state. 5.1.2 Broodstock quality
Broodstock should comply with the relevant provisions of SC/T1030.1, and its germplasm should comply with the provisions of SC1036. The physique should be strong, free of disease, injury and deformity. The offspring of inbreeding shall not be kept as broodstock. 5.1.3 Breeding age and weight
Female fish 3 to 5 years old, weight 0.9kg/tail or more Male fish 2 to 4 years old, weight 0.5kg/tail or more 5.2 Broodstock cultivation
5.2.1 Breeding conditions
5.2.1.1 Fish ponds can be cement ponds or earth ponds. Rectangular shape is preferred, with a length-to-width ratio of 8~10:1, an area of 160m~400m2, and a water depth of 0.8m~0.9m. It is convenient for drainage.
5.2.1.2 Broodstock cultivation water temperature is 4℃~13℃, and should not exceed 12℃ 6 months before spawning. 5.2.2 Stocking
Stocking quantity is 5kg/m2~10kg/m. Male and female can be mixed, with a male-female ratio of 3:1. Male and female should be kept in separate ponds 1 month before spawning. 5.2.3 Feeding
The daily feeding rate is 0.3% of the parent fish body weight during the spawning period, 0.5% of the parent fish body weight one month before and one month after spawning, and 0.7% of the parent fish body weight at other times. The feeding amount can be appropriately increased for first-time parent fish. Feed twice a day. 5.2.4 Daily management
5.2.4.1 The water exchange rate of the parent fish breeding pond should be 2 times/h. The dissolved oxygen should be maintained above 6mg/L. When it is lower than 6mg/L, the water injection volume should be increased in time or other oxygenation measures should be taken. For other matters, refer to the provisions of SC/T1030.2. 5.2.4.2 Remove the leftover bait and feces in time, keep the fish pond clean, treat sick fish in time, and remove and clean up the dead fish in time. 6 Artificial breeding
6.1 Identification of parent fish maturity
The abdomen of sexually mature female fish is swollen and soft, and the genital opening is red and swollen. When the abdomen is lightly pressed, eggs will flow out; when the abdomen is lightly pressed, semen will flow out of sexually mature male fish. During the breeding period, maturity identification should be carried out every 5 to 8 days, and eggs should be collected in time for mature broodstock. 6.2 Artificial insemination
Semen and eggs are collected by artificial squeezing. During the operation, the fish body and the container should be wiped dry to prevent water and excrement from mixing. After egg collection, the eggs need to be washed with equal adjustment solution (the formula is shown in Appendix A of SC/T1030.3--1999), and then 10mL of semen is added for every 1×10° egg, and the mixture is stirred quickly to make the sperm and egg fully contact. A small amount of equal adjustment solution is then added, and the mixture is stirred for 1 minute. Then the mixture is rinsed with clean water once or twice to remove broken eggs and dirt, and left to stand for 30 to 60 minutes. After the mixture is swollen by water, it is sterilized and placed in an incubator for incubation. The sterilization and medication should comply with the provisions of NY5071. 6.3 Incubation
6.3.1 Incubation equipment
Use a barrel or trough incubator, and refer to the provisions of SC/T1030.3 for its construction. 2
6.3.2 Egg laying density
Refer to the provisions of SC/T1030.3.
6.3.3 Incubation conditions
NY/T5161--2002
6.3.3.1 It should be protected from light and shock.
6.3.3.2 The water quality should be clear, free of impurities and suspended matter, the dissolved oxygen should be higher than 6:5mg/L, the water temperature should be lower than 13C, and the optimum incubation temperature is 9℃. 6.3.4 Incubation management
6.3.4.1 Keep the water flow unobstructed, disinfect regularly, control the growth of water mold, and the disinfection drugs should comply with the provisions of NY5071. 6.3.4.2 The eggs should be kept static during the sensitive period of embryonic development. After the fish eggs are eyed, the dead eggs should be removed in time. 6.4 Transportation of eyed eggs
Eye-shaped eggs are transported by dry method, and the operation should comply with the provisions of SC/T1030.3. 6.5 Seedling emergence and management
After the membrane is broken, move the fry into the feeding tank, strictly separate the egg membrane and fry, adjust the water volume, ensure sufficient dissolved oxygen, remove dead fry, and keep clean and hygienic.

8.2 Cage breeding
8.2.1 Breeding conditions
8.2.1.1 Cage breeding can be carried out in rivers, lakes, reservoirs and cold water areas formed by the downstream drainage of power generation reservoirs. The water depth should be greater than 2ma
8.2.1.2 See 8.1.1.2 for water temperature requirements.
8.2.2 Cage setting
8.2.2.1 The shape of the cage can be square, rectangular or round. The volume is more than 50m3, the mesh size is 5.6mm30mm, and the cover net size is 15mm~20mm.
8.2.2.2 Use bamboo or steel pipes as floating frames, and metal or hard plastic barrels for floating barrels. The total buoyancy should be more than twice the total mass of the cage materials. 8.2.2.3 The distance between cages should be greater than 2m, and the draft of cages should be greater than 1.5m. The distance between the bottom of the cage and the bottom of the water should be greater than 0.5m. 8.2.3 Stocking of fish
Follow SC/T1030.6.
8.2.4 Feeding and management
