6.12 Oil resistance test
6.12.1 Anti-oil performance
Use a mixture of 70% hydroxyl and 305% benzene (Uribe) to ignite the surface for 5 minutes, then use cotton cloth to remove the reagent and measure the reflective surface. Inspection rules
7.1 Inspection and classification
Products should undergo single (final) inspection and factory inspection. 7.2 Type (final inspection
The type inspection must be carried out by the national accreditation system, including the product quality supervision and testing machine selection.
In the following circumstances, the manufacturer shall conduct single-type (finalized) inspection and new product appraisal of the product:
Once the factory changes production,
the production shall be stopped for more than one year, and then the production shall be resumed; when the material or workpiece has major changes that may affect the product performance; when the product has major quality problems during actual use; when the relevant national supervision departments meet the requirements of the industry, the requirements for the number of type (finalized) inspection samples are: there shall be no less than ten sets of combined anti-collision products (each consisting of a plurality of connecting heads and two connecting heads), and no less than ten anti-collision products; the tensile strength and breaking length test shall be carried out according to the provisions of Table 1, and the inspection results shall all meet the requirements of this standard. If one item is unqualified, the type (finalized) inspection shall be judged as unqualified.
7.3 Factory Inspection
After the whole set of inspection is completed, the anti-collision machine shall be inspected one by one before leaving the factory to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of this standard. The manufacturer shall conduct factory inspection according to the items specified in Table 1: 5
