This standard applies to hair damage caused by cosmetics. 2 Diagnostic principles GB17149.4—1997 There is a clear history of contact with hair cosmetics. Hair damage occurs after using cosmetics. It can gradually return to normal after stopping the use of cosmetics. Other hair diseases should be excluded.
