3 Specifications
Nominal capacity 25L.
For dimensions, see Appendix A for reference).
4Technical requirements
The mass shall not exceed 480g.
4.2The actual capacity shall be greater than 5% of the nominal capacity. 4.3The minimum wall thickness shall not be less than 0.30mm.
4.4The ratio of symmetrical top angle wall thickness shall not be greater than 2.5:1. 4.5The thickness of the folding line shall not be less than 0.24mm.
4.6The threads of the cap are clear and fit well. The cap shall be tightened to release for more than 1 turn. When the cap is tightened, the top can be pressed down to not exceed the upper bottom plane of the container.
The appearance shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
Black spot impurities
The outer wall is smooth and flat, without oil stains
Not allowed
Those with a length greater than 1mm on each side of the container are not allowed, and those with a length less than 1mm are not more than 2, and are dispersed and must not penetrate the container wall. Crystal point slow blocks. Those with a length greater than 3mm on each side of the container are not allowed, and those with a length of 1 to 3mm are not more than 2, and are dispersed. Those with a length less than 1mm are not counted. 4.8 Physical and hygienic properties shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. ≤30 mg/L
≤60 mg/L
≤10 mg /L
5.2 Appearance
Visually inspect in natural light, and the length of black spots, impurities, crystal points and rigid blocks shall be measured with a measuring tool with an accuracy of 0.5mm. 5.3 Mass
Weighed with a measuring instrument with a sensitivity of 5g.
5.4 Capacity
The calculation formula for the actual capacity being greater than the nominal capacity = α × 100%
Where: 1——actual capacity, L, refers to the maximum capacity of water when placed horizontally; Q2
-nominal capacity, L.
5.5 Thickness uniformity
Use a dry caliper with an accuracy of 0.01mm to measure the container wall thickness. Use a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02mm to measure the fold line thickness.
Symmetrical top angle wall thickness ratio
Divide the upper and lower bottom angles of the container into two groups according to the position of the parting line, and measure the top angle thickness after cutting. The ratio of the maximum value to the minimum value in each group is the wall thickness ratio.
5.5.2 Wall thickness
Select the thinnest part of the container and measure the minimum thickness after cutting, and record the minimum value. 5.5.3 Fold line thickness
Cut the entire fold line, measure its thickness at intervals of 50mm, and record the minimum value. 5.6 Physical properties
5.6.1 Drop strength
5.6.1.1 Normal temperature drop test
GB 10441 --- 89
Under normal temperature conditions, inject water of nominal capacity, tighten the cover, lift the sample to a height of 1.2m, make the bottom of the sample face down and parallel to the cement floor, and drop freely from this height for 3 consecutive times to be checked. 5.6.1.2 Low temperature drop test
Inject salt water with a density of 1.2g/cm according to the nominal capacity, tighten the cover, place it in a 10±2℃ environment for 24h, then lift it to 0.8m, make the bottom of the sample face down and parallel to the cement floor, and drop freely from this height for 3 consecutive times to be checked. 5.6.2 Compression strength
Use a flat plate pressure testing machine. At room temperature, inject water of nominal capacity, tighten the cover, place it flat between two parallel pressure plates of the testing machine with the mouth facing upwards, apply pressure evenly at a speed of 10±3mm/min, until the load reaches 1000N, and maintain pressure for 5min. 5.6.3 Suspension test
At room temperature, inject salt water with a density of 1.2g/cm3 according to the nominal capacity, suspend the screw mouth of the container with a hanging rope, lift it steadily off the ground for 5min, put down the sample and untie the hanging rope for inspection. 5.6.4 Sealing test
At room temperature, inject water of nominal capacity, tighten the cover, place it horizontally on the horizontal ground, and inspect it after 4h. 5.7 Hygienic performance
Inspect according to the provisions of GBn84 standard.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Products must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department before they can leave the factory. All items except the hygienic performance specified in this standard shall be inspected for the items of factory inspection.
6.2 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations. 6.2.1 When changing the raw material brand or formula. 6.2.2 During normal production, not less than once a year. 6.2.3 When the quality supervision agency makes a request. 6.3 The items of type inspection shall be inspected in accordance with all technical requirements of this standard. 6.4 The containers shall be inspected in batches, and the containers with the same brand and batch number of raw materials shall be considered as a batch. The quantity of each batch shall not exceed 50,000. 6.5 The number of containers for random appearance inspection shall be inspected one by one according to the provisions of Table 3. For the inspection of other items, no less than 3 samples shall be used. Table 3
Number of inspection
Number of random inspection
6.6 Determination of inspection results:
5 001~~10 000
10 001~50 000
If any item of appearance is unqualified, the container shall be unqualified. If the number of unqualified containers exceeds 5% of the number of containers inspected, the batch of products shall be unqualified. If only one of the remaining items is unqualified, double the number of samples should be re-drawn for re-inspection of the unqualified items. If it still does not meet the standards, the batch of products is unqualified.
6.7 When the supply and demand parties have objections to the product quality, the quality supervision and inspection agency shall conduct arbitration inspection. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 After the container is folded, a corrugated box is used as the outer packaging for transportation, and the trademark and product certificate are attached, indicating the manufacturer's name, product name, specifications, quantity, production year and month, inspector code and other signs. 7.2 Avoid falling during transportation and avoid collision with hard and sharp objects. 7.3 The container should be stored indoors, the room temperature shall not exceed 40℃, and the distance from the 60℃ heat source shall be at least 1m. 7.4 The storage period of the container is two years from the date of production. 88
