This standard specifies the types and basic parameters, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking and packaging requirements of P series canned motors (hereinafter referred to as motors or electric pumps).
This standard applies to ordinary electric pumps that do not contain solid particles in the conveyed liquid. All kinds of electric pumps derived from this series of electric pumps can be implemented as a reference.

3.1 The electric pump is a single-stage centrifugal type, and the pump and the motor are coaxial. 3.2 The protection grade of the motor housing is IP55 (see GB/T4942.1-2001). 3.3 The motor rating is a continuous rating based on the continuous working system (S1). 3.4 The direction of rotation of the motor is counterclockwise when viewed from the pump end. 3.5 The installation method of the motor is horizontal and vertical (see GB/T997-1981). 3.6 The rated frequency of the motor is 50Hz and the rated voltage is 380V. 3.7 The design point flow rate of the electric pump is 3.2m/h~200m/h, the design point head is 20m125m, the power is 0.75kW90kW, the temperature of the conveyed liquid is -50℃~+150℃, the maximum kinematic viscosity is 0.5×10**m/s, the density is 300kg/m~2000kg/m, and the maximum working pressure of the conveying liquid system does not exceed 4MPa. 3.8 When the electric pump is used for clear water at room temperature, the basic parameters shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 and Figure 1. Electric pumps shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 When used under the following conditions, the electric pump shall be able to operate continuously and normally. 4.2.1 The maximum ambient air temperature varies with the seasons, but shall not exceed 40℃. 4.2.2 The minimum ambient air temperature is -50℃, but the liquid in the circulation pipeline of the electric pump should not freeze. 4.2.3 The electric pump with a cooling water jacket should be filled with clean water with a temperature below 30℃ during operation. The cooling water flow in the water jacket shall not be lower than the provisions of Table 2, but the cooling water of the electric pump shall not freeze, and the normal operation of the cooling water system shall be guaranteed. 4.3 When using normal wet clean water for testing, the flow of the electric pump is rated: the head, pump efficiency and required NPSH shall comply with the provisions of 3.9 of this standard. When other liquid tests are required or field tests are required, the specific test methods and requirements shall be agreed upon by the user and the manufacturer. 4.4 The electric pump shall ensure that the conveyed liquid is completely leak-free. 4.5 The tolerance of the flow rate and head of the electric pump shall comply with the provisions of Class C in GB/T3216-1989. 4.6 The outlet flange size of the electric pump shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9112-2000 steel pipe flange type. The installation size and external dimensions of the electric pump shall be in accordance with the manufacturer's sample or the agreement between the manufacturer and the user. 4.7. The rated power of the motor equipped with the electric pump shall comply with the provisions of GB/T4772.1-1999. In principle, the ratio of the rated power of the motor equipped with the electric pump to the rated working condition shaft power of the electric pump shall be located above the curve shown in Figure 2. 4.14 The stator winding of the motor shall be able to withstand a withstand voltage test lasting 1 minute to the ground without breakdown. The frequency of the test voltage is 50Hz and it shall be a sine wave as much as possible. The effective value of the test voltage is 1760V. When a large number of motors are continuously produced for inspection and testing, the test time is allowed to be shortened to 1s, and the effective value of the test voltage is 2110V. 4.15 The stator winding of the motor shall be able to withstand the turn-to-turn impulse voltage test. The peak value of the impulse voltage shall comply with the provisions of JB/T9615.2-2000. 4.16 Balance and vibration:
4.16.1 The rotating parts of the electric pump should be dynamically balanced. 4.16.2 When the electric pump is in rated operation, the effective value of the vibration intensity measured for horizontally installed electric pumps should not exceed the provisions of Table 6: for vertically installed electric pumps, it should not exceed 3.5mm/s, and the numerical rounding interval is 0.1. 4.19 The motor is equipped with overheat protection and bearing wear monitoring devices according to user requirements. 4.20 During the inspection and test of the motor, the no-load current and loss, the locked-rotor current and loss of the motor shall be controlled within the specified range to ensure that the electrical performance of the motor meets the requirements of 4.9. 4.21 There is a grounding bolt in the motor junction box, and a grounding mark shall be provided near the grounding bolt. This mark shall ensure that it is not easy to be erased during the entire service life of the motor.
4.22 The electric pump shall be assembled completely and correctly, the nameplate and marks shall be complete, the surface paint shall be completely dry, and there shall be no stains, bumps and cracks. 4.23 The electric pump shall be able to rotate freely, smoothly and briskly, without stagnation. 4.24 The electric pump shall be subjected to a whole machine water pressure test, the test pressure shall be 1.5 times the maximum working pressure, the test shall be carried out with clean water at room temperature, the pressure shall be maintained for not less than 10 minutes, the pressure bearing parts and seals shall not have defects such as leakage and deformation, and then the pressure shall be slowly released. : 4.25 On the basis of the user's correct selection of models and materials, and the correct use and storage of the electric pump in accordance with the provisions of the maintenance instructions, the manufacturer shall ensure that the electric pump can operate normally within one year of use, but no more than two years from the date of shipment from the manufacturer (except for wearing parts such as bearings, bearing sleeves, thrust plates, etc.). If the electric pump is damaged or cannot operate normally due to poor manufacturing quality within this specified time, the manufacturer shall repair or replace parts for the user free of charge until the entire electric pump is replaced, but this is not limited to normal damage to wearing parts or damage caused by failure to replace wearing parts that should be replaced. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Each electric pump shall be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer's technical inspection department according to the inspection test items and user order requirements before it can be shipped, and shall be accompanied by a product certificate.

Test methods
The operation test, performance test and cavitation test of the electric pump shall comply with the Class C provisions in GB/T3216-1989. When the measured performance 6.1

In all tests of the electric pump, when the rotor needs to rotate, the rotor cavity shall always be filled with the test liquid to avoid dry wear damage to the bearing.6.7
7 Marking and packaging
Each electric pump must be firmly equipped with a nameplate indicating the rated data of the electric pump and its necessary matters in a conspicuous position. The material and engraving method of the nameplate shall ensure that its writing is not easily erased during the entire service life of the electric pump. 7.2 The items to be indicated on the nameplate are as follows:

7.3 The direction of rotation of the electric pump shall be indicated by an obvious arrow in a prominent position.
