Some standard content:
GB16715.3—1999 In order to protect agricultural production, safeguard the interests of seed producers, operators and users, and to bring my country's seed quality standards into line with international standards as much as possible, this standard is specially formulated and revised to regulate seed production, processing and management, and to ensure seed quality. Based on extensive sampling inspection and testing of the quality of conventional and hybrid seeds of current solanaceous crop seeds in my country, and with reference to the quality standards of seeds of this crop formulated by some advanced countries or relevant institutions in the world, this standard revises the quality standards of eggplant, pepper and tomato seeds in GB8079-1987 "Vegetable Seeds", and formulates corresponding hybrid seed quality standards. In this standard, the seed quality levels are reduced: the improved seed level of conventional seeds is changed from the original three levels to ungraded, the quality of hybrid seeds is divided into two levels based on purity, and the remaining three items are set with one indicator each. The original seed purity index refers to the relevant international standards. This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Crop Seeds. The drafting organizations of this standard are: National Agricultural Technology Extension Service Center, Heilongjiang Seed Bureau, Liaoning Seed Station, Hunan Seed Station, Hubei Seed Station, Anhui Seed Station, Hebei Seed Station. If the purity does not meet the original seed index, it will be downgraded to the first-grade improved seed, if it does not meet the first-grade improved seed, it will be downgraded to the second-grade improved seed, and if it does not meet the second-grade improved seed, it will be unqualified seed. 416 GB16715.3 Set one index for each of purity, germination rate and moisture, and if one of them does not meet the index, it will be unqualified seed. When comparing the measured values of purity, clarity and germination rate with the specified values in the standard, the allowable error used in comparing with the specified values in GB/T3543.1~3543.61995 is not implemented for the time being.
