Preparation of test solution
Test solution formula
SY /T 535091
Test solution preparation method
3.1.2.1 No. 1: Add 4000ml of distilled water to the batching barrel, then add 6.0g of foaming agent, and stir for 20min.3.1.2.2 No. 2: Add 3400ml of distilled water and 600ml of kerosene to the batching barrel, add 40.0g of foaming agent while stirring, and stir for 20min.
No. 3: Add 3800ml of distilled water and 400g of sodium chloride to the batching barrel, add 30.0g of foaming agent while stirring, and stir for 20min.3.1.2.3

3.1.2.4 No. 4: Add 3230ml distilled water and 340g sodium chloride into the batching barrel, add 600ml kerosene and 60.0g foaming agent while stirring, and stir for another 30 minutes.

3.2.1 Add 10g quartz powder and 1L test solution (test in the order of number) in the non-flask. Pour the remaining test solution into the reagent bucket for standby
Switch on the film power supply (380V50Hz), the indicator light is on: it means that the cover can be operated. 3.2.3 Press the record button, the air record is operated. 3.2.4 Press the liquid valve, and press the "liquid release" button to make the liquid pump start to suck in the test solution, and stop the pump automatically when it is full. 3.2.5 Close the inlet valve, open the discharge valve, press the "liquid out" button, and the liquid pump discharges the liquid until the test solution fills the liquid path discharge pipe. Push the liquid valve with a small pressure relief valve. Repeat the procedure "3.2.4" to make the liquid absorb the test liquid, close the inlet valve, and open the discharge valve. 3.2.6 Press the "out" button to open the pressure regulating valve, adjust the air flow rate to 57L/min, and when the foam returns to the discharge pipe, press the "liquid out" button, and the liquid film begins to discharge (80ml/min). After 10 minutes, the pump is automatically stopped. The experiment is completed. 3.27 The volume of liquid after the foam liquid is completely broken (rated volume) 3.2.8 Rinse the simulation tube and the liquid pump, and blow it dry with compressed air. a. Rinse the simulation film: Use a plastic pipe to connect the inlet valve at the lower end of the simulation cylinder and the water source: Hang a filter container at the outlet pipe at the upper end of the simulation cylinder, and install a switch at the lower end of the container so that it can be connected with a plastic pipe and connected to the drainage pool. After the pipes are connected, the tap water is introduced to flush the simulated cylinder and blow down the liquid with compressed air. After the repeatability test, connect the liquid inlet and the water source with a plastic tube, and use another plastic tube to connect the liquid drain tank, then flush it with tap water and blow dry the water in the liquid pump with compressed air. 3.2.9 Carry out repeatability test, the error of the two tests should be within ±2.5%, 3.2.10 The test temperature is room temperature
