This standard is a revision of JB/T7883.1-1999 (ZBB92012-89) "Technical Specifications for Rice Hull Expanding Machine". This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of rice hull expanders (hereinafter referred to as expanders).
This standard applies to screw expanders.

General technical conditions
The extruder shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures. All self-made parts must be inspected and qualified. Purchased parts and cooperative parts must have a certificate of conformity before assembly. The nozzle gap should be adjustable, and its range is 2~7mm. There should be an iron removal device at the feed port.
2 Main technical performance indicators
3.2.1 Under the conditions that the moisture content of rice husk is 15% and the content of rice loquat is not more than 3%, the productivity index of the extruder should meet the requirements of Table 1, and the kilowatt-hour productivity index should meet the requirements of Table 2. Table 1

5.1.1After the extruder is assembled, each extruder shall be operated at rated speed for no less than 10 minutes without any abnormal sound, and the connecting parts and fasteners shall not be loose. 5.1.2Other requirements shall meet the requirements of 3.5.2, 3.5.3 and 3.5.4. 5.1.3 Type inspection
Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: a) When the product is transferred to another factory for production;
b) After formal production, when the product structure, materials, and process have changed significantly, which may affect the product performance; c) When production is resumed after a long period of suspension;
d) When the contract stipulates that type inspection is required; e) When the national quality supervision agency proposes type inspection requirements. : Acceptance rules
All requirements of factory inspection must be met, and the product quality certificate of the manufacturer's inspection department must be attached before it can be shipped. 5.2. 2

Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1.1 The extruder should have conspicuous signs such as lubrication, operation, rotation direction and safety. 6.1. 2
Each machine shall be equipped with a product label in a conspicuous position, and its size and technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of GBT13306. 6.1.3 The basic contents of the product label include: a) Manufacturer name; b) Product name: c) Trademark; d) Product model or mark: e) Manufacturing date or production batch number; D Main motor power. 2 Packaging and transportation 6.2.1 The extruder shall be packed in boxes.
