ICS 53.040.20 Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China JBT915—1999 Backstop for belt conveyor Published on 1999-06-28 National Bureau of Machinery Industry Implementation on 2000-01-01 JB/T9015-1999 Standard is a revision and amendment to the original standard backstop for conveyor. The original standard is modified and the technical content is changed. The standard will replace 2H18100780 from the date of implementation. This standard was proposed by Beijing Lifting Machinery Research Institute and the drafting unit of this standard is: China Machinery Industry Corporation! . 1 Standard Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Backstop for belt conveyor Backstop for beit conveyer [R/T9015-1999 Substituted for ZBJB007-89 This standard defines the terminology, set number, transfer requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of backstops. This standard is for non-connected check valves produced by two-stage conveyors. Non-connected check valves used in other occasions should also be used. 2 Referenced standards The provisions contained in the following standards are cited in this standard and constitute the provisions of this standard. The publication of this standard is valid for all editions: All standards will be revised. The parties using this standard should carefully consider the performance of the following standards. GB: T15306-[99] Signs 3 Terminology The direction of free rotation of the check valve is marked on the steering sign. The code for clockwise rotation is S, and the code for forward rotation is N. 4 Models, basic parameters and dimensions The basic parameters of the check valve should comply with the provisions of Table 4.1 Weak reverse force Torque Most non-single speed Yinggao transmission station Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on 19-16-28 Inner hole diameter code, mm Rated backstop torque code, 10°N·m NJ-200 3000025 2000-01-01 Implementation example: JR/T9015-1999 The specified stopping torque is 2500N·m: The inner diameter is 65mm, and the stopper rotates clockwise: NFS2565JBT9015-1999 4.3 The external and main installation dimensions of the stopper shall comply with the requirements of Figure 1 and Table 2. Figure 1 1651 4 JR/T 9015-1999wwW.bzxz.Net S Technical Requirements 5.1 The working environment temperature of the backstop is -20~+60°CTR/T9015-1999 5.2 The load of the backstop under normal working conditions should be less than 30°C. 5.3 Under the action of the rated reverse torque, the backstop is operated 10 times. The surface of the block, inner and outer parts shall not show plastic deformation and cracks. 5.4 The heat treatment temperature of the main parts of the backstop shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. Table 3 5.5 New parts must be inspected and tested, and purchased parts must be filled with certificates before they can be assembled. 5.6 After assembly The direction of rotation shown on the steering indicator shall be consistent with the direction shown on the assembly block: 5. The exposed surface of the check valve shall be coated with a layer of primer and two layers of topcoat: the outer surface of the check valve shall be red, and the other outer surfaces shall be creamy yellow. Other colors can also be selected upon request by the user. 6. Quality assurance period: Under the condition that the user complies with the provisions of the instructions for use of the check valve, within 18 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, the product gear is damaged or cannot work normally, and the use period shall not exceed 12 months. The manufacturer shall repair or replace it for the user free of charge. 7. Test methods and inspection rules: 7.1 Test method: 1. 1 Operation test: Install the check valve under test on the test bench, and the motor drives the inner gear of the check valve to rotate at the highest speed for 1.5 hours. There shall be no abnormal phenomenon such as over-warping. 7.1.2 Compliance performance test Install the backstop on the test bench and perform 100 total backstop under the rated single stop torque. The operation should be reliable and without abnormal phenomena. 7.1.3 Minimum non-contact reverse rotation test Install the module of the backstop on the stepless test bench. The motor drives the block assembly to rotate. Determine the minimum speed in the backstop when the block is out of contact with the outside. 7.1.4 Resistance torque test Install the backstop to be driven on the test bench, and rotate the motor inside the backstop at a speed of 10001/m. Use the spring to measure the resistance F at the center of the rotation. Calculate the torque of the single stopper using the formula: f-Bsin M: N· F: The resistance measured at the center of the pin in the surface vertically higher than the inner shaft center of the backstop [see figure], m: The angle between the center of the pin and the center of the inner hole of the backstop under the internal resistance measurement. 5 Temperature test JB/19015—1999 The backstop to be tested is installed on the test bench, and the motor drives the backstop to measure the maximum reverse rotation. The outer ring surface temperature of the main backstop and the ring temperature should be measured at two 15mn pressure points until the thermal equilibrium (the displayed temperature is the same for consecutive measurements). The final outer temperature and the ambient temperature are the temperature of the backstop. 1.6 Life test The backstop to be tested is installed on the test bench. Under the rated reverse torque, 10" backstops are carried out. After the test, the inner and outer rings shall not have defects such as pitting, plastic deformation and cracks. 7.2 Inspection regulations \.2.1 Each backstop must be inspected and qualified by the manufacturing and inspection department before it can be shipped. 7.2.2 Backstop delivery and inspection schedule:||tt || Appearance inspection of the backstop: b) Self-running inspection; |) Backstop performance inspection. 7.2.3 Type inspection shall be carried out in one of the following cases: New product trial production: When there are major changes in the structure, material or processing technology of the parts: Batch production, random price test every two years. 7.2.1 Type inspection items of backstop: a) Appearance inspection; h) Automatic operation test; ) Backstop performance test: ) Square moment test: e Small non-contact speed test: Temperature plate test; g) Other life tests. 8 Marking, packaging and storage 8.1 Each backstop should be fixed with a product label in a conspicuous position and a turn indicator on the surface. The content of the product label includes product name, code, exposure number, Date and manufacturer's name. The size and technical requirements of the label shall comply with the provisions of GB 1330. 8.2. The reverse mountain device shipped individually shall be packed and shipped. When packing, please apply anti-rust grease on the inner hole and the shaft. The stopper shipped with the host machine shall meet the packaging requirements of the card machine. 8.3 The factory documents shall be inserted with the product certificate, user manual and packing list. The factory documents shall be packed in the plastic packaging box. The reverse mountain device shall have anti-error measures.
