4.1 Type
Shuttle car A non-self-propelled mining vehicle for transporting ballast stone with a rail-wheel bogie and powered by an electric motor and a scraper conveyor at the bottom of the driving box for transfer and unloading. It can be used as a single vehicle or in parallel. The performance of electrical equipment is divided into flameproof and non-flameproof types. The overlapping use type is divided into two series:
ST series (general type) - overlapping and transferring on a straight track, disconnected operation; SD series (overlap type) overlapping and transferring, overlapping operation. 4.2 Model identification method and marking examples

Each shuttle car must pass the factory inspection before it can leave the factory, and it must be accompanied by documents proving that the product quality is qualified. In any of the following situations, the shuttle car should be subject to type inspection: a.
Trial production of new products or transfer of old products to other factories for production; after formal production, the structure, materials and processes have major changes that affect product performance; in normal production, every 3 to 5 years;
Production is resumed after 2 years of suspension;
The factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; the national quality supervision agency has put forward the requirement for type inspection. For type inspection of shuttle cars, 2 units should be selected from qualified products in storage. The inspection items should comply with the provisions of Table 4.
